201127712 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於包裝膜或㈣等包裝物之切斷中所使用之 切斷刀,尤其係關於為將自收納有包裝物之卷狀體之紙盒 抽出的包裝物切斷而使用之安裝於紙盒之切斷刀、具備該 切斷刃之紙盒及包裝物供給體。 【先前技術】 如專利文獻1中所#載,包括收納包裝膜等包裝物之卷 狀體之紙盒、及安裝於紙盒之切斷刀的包裝物供給體為人 所周知°包裝物供㈣之紙盒通常包括:有底箱狀之紙盒 本體其於上表面具有開口;及蓋體,其可旋動地連結於 紙盒本體之後壁來對紙盒本體之開σ進行開閉。蓋體之前 壁上安裝有與紙盒本體内之卷狀體之中心軸平行的方向上 之沿著該前壁之大致全體而延伸之鋸齒狀的切斷刀,該切 斷刃係用於將自紙盒本體通過開σ抽出之包裝物切斷。 作為適用於該包裝物供給體之切斷刀而提出有如下之切 斷刀,即為提尚切斷刃對包裝物之切斷性,代替沿著與包 裝物之卷狀體之中^軸平行的方向延伸之直線形狀的切斷 刃,而使用在與該中心軸平行之方向上之切斷刀的中央部 具有頂點之V字狀的切斷刀。具備V字狀的切斷刀之包裝 物供給體通常按以下順序對包裝物進行切斷。_,首先: 面用隻手旱住紙盒本體一面用另一隻手自紙盒本體抽出 包裝物。然I,用拿住紙盒本體之手之大拇指將安裝有切 斷刃之蓋體之前壁中央部按壓於紙盒本體。由此,使之前 I5I405.doc 201127712 抽出之包裝物夾持於蓋體之前壁與紙盒本體之前壁之間。 其後,藉由使拿住紙盒本體之手之手腕弯曲’而使蓋體之 切斷刃之齒尖刺入所抽出之包裝物而將包裝物切斷。如此 使之剛抽出之包袭物自紙盒内之包裝物之卷狀體分離。此 時,由於係自具有v字狀的頂點之切斷刃之中央部開始用 切斷刃切斷包裝物’因而可確實且容易地將包裝物切斷。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻1]曰本專利特開平09-202324號公報 【發明内容】 [發明所欲解決之問題] 就包裝物之切斷中所使用之切斷刃而言,對包裝物同時 刺入之齒之個數越少,則利用切斷刃切斷包裝物之尤並門 始切斷時所需的力會變得越小。由此,為減小開始切斷: 所需之力,V字狀的切斷刃通常構成為如了 :位於與包裝 縱裂之包裝物用i77 ^ „ P制包裝物中產生 用切斷刀、具備該切斷刃之紙盒及包裝物供 151405.doc 201127712 [解決問題之技術手段] 為實現上述目的,本發明之第丨型態提供—種用於沿著 包裝物之卷狀體之中心軸將包裝物切斷之切斷刀。切二刃 包括具有排列成v字狀的複數個齒之中央部。上述v字在 切斷刃之與上述巾4平行的方向±的巾央處具有頂點, 上述複數個齒包括:中心齒,其設置於切斷刀之與上述中 心軸平行的方向上的中央處;複數個大齒,其自上述中心 齒向上述複數個齒之排列之兩末端隔開間隔而設置;及複 數個連結齒’其分別設置於彼此相鄰之上述大齒之間。連 結位於上述複數個齒之排列之兩末端中之—末端與上述中 心齒之間的連結齒之齒尖之線亦即連結齒之齒尖線,比連 結位於上述複數個齒之排列之同一末端與上述中心齒之間 的大齒之齒尖之線亦即大齒之齒尖線,更靠近該等連結齒 及大齒之齒底4述中心齒之齒尖位於上述連結齒之齒尖 線與上述大齒之齒尖線之間。 較佳為,上述中心齒之齒尖位於中央大齒之齒尖線上 該中央大齒之齒线係連結位於上述中心齒兩側且分別七 於最靠近上述中心齒之位置之2個大齒的齒尖之線。 本發明之第2型態提供—種紙盒,其包括··紙盒本體, 其收納包裝物之卷狀體,且具有用以抽出包裝物之開口; 及蓋體’其連結於上述紙盒本體,且安裝有可用以將自上 述紙盒本體之開口㈣之包裝物切斷之上述第1型態之切 斷刀。 I51405.doc 201127712 本發明之第3型雄楹徂 A〜、徒供一種包裝物供給體其包括:包 裝物之卷狀體’·收納上述卷狀體之紙盒;及可用以將上述 包裝物切斷之安裝於上述紙盒之上述第!型態之切斷刃。 [發明之效果] 根據本么明’當切斷刀接觸於正自卷狀體抽出之包裝物 位於中。齒之兩側且分別位於最靠近中心齒之位置之 2個大齒之齒尖將先於中心齒之齒尖或者同時地接觸於包 物由此即便因切斷刃接觸於正抽出之包裝物而導致 於兩者之間產生動摩擦’包裝物由此而受到之力亦會在2 個大齒之齒尖所接觸之2個部位,或者在中心齒之齒尖所 接觸之部位亦包含於其中之3個部位分散開。因此,與僅 有中心齒之齒尖接觸於包裝物之情形相比,作用於包裝物 之局部性之力得以降低,由此可抑制包裝物產生縱裂。 【實施方式】 以下’參照圖1〜圖4對本發明之一實施形態進行說明。 如圖1所示’本實施形態之包裝物供給體丨〇包括於上部 具有開口之細長的有底箱狀的紙盒本體丨3。紙盒本體丨3之 開口可由蓋體14開閉。蓋體14連結於紙盒本體13之背面壁 (後側壁)之上緣13a。紙盒本體13係藉由將例如1張厚紙、 較佳為1張塗佈紙板紙折彎而形成。於紙盒本體i 3之内 側’換言之於包含紙盒本體13及蓋體14之紙盒之内側,收 納作為包裝物之包裝膜12。包裝膜12係藉由捲繞於紙管u 而形成為卷狀。因此’包裝膜之卷狀體,即卷狀之包裝膜 12之中心軸與紙管11之中心軸ι1Α—致。圖1中以箭頭八表 151405.doc 201127712 示與卷狀之包裝膜12之中心軸平行的方向。以下,亦將與 卷狀之包裝膜丨2之中心軸平行之方向稱作中心軸方向Α。 包裝膜12由例如聚偏二氣乙烯形成。 蓋體14之正面壁(前側壁)之下緣14a包括中心軸方向八之 下緣!4a之中央部、及位於該中央部兩側之左右兩端部。 下緣之中央部形成在中心軸方向A之下緣之中央具 有頂點之V字狀。下緣i4a之各端部形成與中心軸方向a平 行之直線形狀。 於蓋體Μ之前側壁之背面安裝有切斷刃2〇。切斷刃2〇具 有沿著下緣14a排列之複數個齒。 於使用包裝物供給體10將包裝膜12切斷之情形時,首 先,用一隻手拿住紙盒本體13來打開蓋體M,並用另一隻 手拿住包裝膜12之前端部。自紙盒本體13抽出所期望長: 之包裝膜12之後,閉合蓋體14並—面用拿住紙盒本體此 手之大拇指按壓蓋體14之前側壁的中央附近,—面以與中 心軸方向A平行之旋轉軸為中心扭動紙盒本體13。由此, 切斷刃20之齒中位於中心轴方向a之中央處之齒的齒尖首 先刺入包裝膜12。其後’進一步扭動紙盒本體13,藉此使 包裝膜12自中心軸方向A之中央處向兩端部沿著中心軸方 向A切斷。 如圖2所示,蓋體14之前側壁之背面14b與切斷刀2〇之 間’設置有密封材15及接著層16。切斷㈣係藉由接著層 16而接著於密封材15。來ι_ 莕封材15係错由例如超音波接著法 而接著於蓋體14之背面14b。穿抖衧1<:山/ °在封材15由例如以乙烯-曱基 151405.doc 201127712 丙烯酸共聚物為主成分之材料形成。接著層丨6由例如聚胺 基甲酸酯系接著劑形成。由此,切斷刃2〇以不會容易地自 蓋體14脫落之足夠之強度經由密封材。及接著層“而安裝 於蓋體14。 如圖3所不,切斷刀2〇包括中央部21、及位於中央部21 左右之兩端部2 2。中央部2丨形成在中心軸方向A之切斷刀 20之中央處具有頂點之v字狀。各端部22形成沿著中心軸 方向A之直線形狀。切斷刃2〇之齒中設置於中央部2丨下緣 之齒,排列成於中心軸方向A之切斷刃2〇之中央處具有頂 點之v字狀。切斷刃20之齒中設置於各端部22下緣之齒, 沿著申心軸方向A排列成直線狀。切斷刃2〇之中央部2丨具 有通過中心軸方向A之切斷刃2〇之中央且以與中心軸方向 A正交而延伸之直線即中心線cL為中心成線對稱之形狀。 又,切斷刃20之兩端部22形成為以中心線為中心而相互 成線對稱。 切斷刃20之中央部21包括:第一中央部21A,其包含中 心軸方向A之切斷刃20之中央;及一對第二中央部21B, 其位於第一中央部21A之左右位置。設置於第一中央部 21A之齒之大多數具有比較大之尺寸,設置於第二中央部 21B之齒之大多數具有比較小之尺寸。 切斷刃20之中央部21所描繪之V字,即設置於中央部21 下緣之齒之排列所描繪之v字的内角θ設定為例如172 5。。中 料形成1為樹脂之示例,可列舉例如pET(pQiyethyiene terephthalate,聚對苯二甲酸乙二㈤或聚苯乙稀,但於需 要尤其考慮環境之情形時亦可使用生物降解性樹脂。作為 生物降解性樹脂之代表例,可列舉聚乳酸或聚乙醇酸。其 中,較佳為使聚乳酸系之樹脂組成物雙軸延伸而形成之= 斷刀’更具體而言’較佳為對使聚乳㈣之樹脂組成物雙 軸延伸而得之片材實施壓製加工或雷射切削而形成之切斷 刃。切斷刀20可於樹脂以外包含無機填充劑,亦可更包含 熱穩定劑、光穩定劑、防水材、脫模劑、顏料、染料。 接下來,參照圖4對設置於切斷刀2〇之第一中央部2〗a之 齒進行詳細說明。 如圖4所示,第一中央部21A包括位於中心軸方向a之第 中央部21A之中心位置的中心齒3 〇。中心齒3 〇之齒尖位 於中心線(^上。此外,第一中央部21A於中心齒3〇之左右 分別包括2個大齒3 1、作為連結齒4之中齒3 2、及i個小齒 33 〇 中心齒30、大齒31、中齒32及小齒33分別具有向齒之内 側凹陷之一對圓弧狀的斜邊。該些齒之各自之齒尖的2個 圓弧狀之斜邊的切線彼此所成之角度即齒尖角0a,設定為 適於齒尖刺入包裝膜12之角度。具體而言,於包裝膜12為 151405.doc •10· 201127712 聚偏二氯乙烯製之情形時,齒尖角ea較佳為30。〜9〇。’更 佳為4CT〜70。。#尖角如物。以上之齒具有較高之耐久 性。齒尖角如為90。以下之齒的齒尖刺入包裝膜12所需之 力較小即可。 十心軸方向A之中心齒30、各大齒31、各中齒32及各小 齒33之最大尺寸即中心齒寬w〇、大齒寬们、中齒寬Μ及 小齒寬Μ’滿足中心齒寬W0>大齒寬Wl>中齒寬w2>小齒 寬W3之關係。 切斷刃20之第一中央部21A之齒尖角如、中心齒寬胸、 膜12。即’設置於第一中央部21 a之齒既非同時刺入包裝 膜12 ’亦非以自位於中心軸方向a之第一中央部21A之中 央處的齒向位於第一中央部21A之兩端之齒的順序刺入包 裝膜12 ’而是於中心軸方向a上間斷性地反覆刺入包裝膜 12 ° 在此,若假設第一中央部21A之各齒之齒尖同時刺入包 裝膜12 ’則此時將會需要較大之力。於該方面而言,根據 本實施形態之切斷刀20 ’在利用切斷刃2〇開始切斷包裝膜 1 2時同時刺入包裝膜12之齒尖數較少,從而可相應地用較 小的力開始切斷包裝膜12。又,若假設第一中央部2丨八之 各齒之齒尖係以自位於中心軸方向A之第一中央部21A之 中央處的齒向位於第一中央部2丨八之兩端之齒的順序刺入 包裝膜12,則在利用第一中央部21A切斷包裝膜12時因作 用於包裝膜1 2之張力之影響,難以按照切斷刃2〇之形狀來 較佳地切斷包裝膜12〇於該方面而言,根據本實施形態之 切斷刃20 ,第一中央部21A之齒於中心軸方向A上間斷性 地刺入包裝膜12,藉此作用於包裝膜丨2之上述張力較小, 其結果可穩定地進行利用第—中央部2丨A切斷包裝膜丨2。 從而,可使切斷刃20之齒尖向包裝膜12之刺入及其後之包 裝膜12之切斷順利地自第一中央部21 a轉移至切斷刃之第 二中央部21B。 151405.doc 14 201127712 另一方面,第一中央部21八之中心齒3〇之齒尖位於大齒 之齒炎線L1與連結齒之齒尖線L2之間。而且中心齒3〇之齒 大位於中央大齒之齒尖線L3上,該齒尖線L3係連結第一中 央部2 1A之大齒3 1中位於中心齒3〇之兩側且分別位於最靠 近中心齒30的位置之一對大齒31之齒尖的線。即,中央大 齒之齒尖線L3與中心軸方向a(圖4中之直線LA)平行,因 此位於中心齒30之兩側且分別位於最靠近中心齒3〇的位置 之2個大齒3 1之齒尖與中心齒3〇之齒尖,均位於與中心軸 方向A平行之同一平面上。 正自紙盒本體13抽出之包裝膜12構成與中心軸方向八大 致平行之平面。因此,即便切斷刀2〇接觸於正自紙盒本體 1 3抽出之包裝膜〖2,此亦係由位於中心齒3 〇之兩側且分別 位於最靠近中心齒30之位置的2個大齒3丨之齒尖與中心齒 3〇之齒尖大致同時地接觸於包裝膜12所引起。由此,即便 因切斷刃20接觸於正抽出之包裝膜12而導致於兩者之間產 生動摩擦,包裝膜12由此而受到之力亦會在除中心齒3〇之 齒尖所接觸之部位以外還有2個大齒3丨之齒尖所接觸之部 位的3個部位分散開。因此,與僅中心齒3〇之齒尖接觸於 包裝膜12之情形相比,作用於包裝膜12之局部性之力得以 降低,藉此可抑制包裝膜12產生縱裂。 於包裝膜12之抽出結束而開始利用切斷刃2〇切斷包裝膜 12時,用拿住紙盒本體13之手之大拇指按壓蓋體“之前側 壁之中央附近,藉此使張力集中作用於中心軸方向A上之 包裝膜12之中央部。因此,包裝膜12不構成與中心轴方向 151405.doc •15· 201127712 A大致平行之平面,而以中 τ。和万向A上之包裝膜12之中 央被按塵於中心齒3〇、, 且中〜軸方向Α上之包裝膜12之兩 端部自切斷刀20離開之方彳姑# 齒尖而接觸並刺入包裝膜12。因此,可用較小的力而開始 包裝膜12之切斷。 再者,上述貫施形態可進行以下變更。 中心齒30之齒尖亦可位於大齒之齒尖線以與+央大齒之 齒尖線L3之間。此時,中心齒3〇之齒尖位於較大齒之齒尖 線!^而更靠基準線L〇之位置,因此與使中心齒批齒高與 大齒31之齒高相同之情形不同,於包裝膜12之抽出時中心 齒3〇難以接觸於包裝膜12。因此,即可抑制包裝膜12產生 縱裂’又可於開始利用切斷刀2〇切斷包裝膜12時使中心齒 3 0確實地刺入包裝膜1 2。 中心㈣之齒尖亦可位於中央大齒之齒尖線㈣連結齒 之齒尖線L2之間。此情形下,當切斷刀叫妾觸於正抽出之 包裝膜12時’位於中心齒3〇之兩側且分別位於最靠近中心 齒30之位置的2個大齒31接觸於包裝膜12,藉此可獲得與 上述(1)中所記载者類似之效果。
