200800734 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於包裝體,尤其是,與可簡單開封之包裝 體相關。 【先前技術】 一般而言,許多商品被包裝於四角形狀之袋,開封袋 之一邊,可以取出該內容物。已開封之袋依然具有四角形 狀’直到內容物用完爲止,皆可發揮包裝材之機能。另一 方面’一邊之方向垂直交叉於其對邊之方向之四面體狀之 包裝材,亦即,所謂四方狀包裝材(商品名稱: TETRAPACK)係大家所熟知。 有不少針對包裝材之專利申請。例如,專利文獻1記 載著’於開封用車縫線設置朝上方突出之迂迴部,開封後 將迁迴部朝左右拉開,即容易形成開口之食品用包裝袋。 此外’專利文獻2記載著,於包裝袋體之本體及蓋之間介 設粘著材之開封容易之構造。 另一方面,容易開封之物,例如,專利文獻3記載之 設置著具定寬撕裂性之背襯部之管狀包裝材,專利文獻4 則記載著’夾雜積層著與具撕開性之薄膜不同之薄膜之具 優良撕開性之包裝材。然而,該等包裝材皆有以下說明之 技術課題。 [專利文獻1]日本特開2005-138899號公報 [專利文獻2]日本特開2〇〇〇-264348號公報 -4- (2) (2)200800734 [專利文獻3]日本特開2000-1 53871號公報 [專利文獻4]日本特開9-30559號公報 【發明內容】 亦即,上述之傳統包裝材,爲了確保容易開封,採用 使車縫線具有特別形狀、設置於包裝袋體之本體及蓋之間 介設粘著材之具定寬撕裂性之背襯部、或夾雜積層著與具 撕開性之薄膜不同之薄膜之特別構成或構造。然而,此種 手段之構成及構造較爲複雜,有成本及製造步驟複雜之問 題。 有鑑於上述事實,本發明之目的在提供一種包裝體, 放製作用以收容包裝對象物之過程,製造一端爲開口之袋 體時,使用撕開用之開封導引作爲必要之封閉部,無需採 用特別手段,即可實現容易開封。 爲了達成上述目的,本發明係在將相對之一對之2邊 、及另一相對之2邊當中之1邊藉由第1〜第3封閉部進 行封閉,且剩餘之1邊爲開口之袋體內收容著包裝對象物 之狀態,藉由設置大致垂直交叉於前述第3封閉部之第4 封閉部來封閉前述開口而形成的四面立體形狀之包裝體, 將前述第1及第2封閉部作爲前述包裝體之撕開用開封導 引。 依據上述構成之包裝體,形成1邊爲開口之袋體時, 將設置於相對之2邊之第1封閉部及第2封閉部作爲包裝 體之撕開用開封導引,無需採用特別手段,即可實現容易 -5- (3) (3)200800734 開封。 前述第1及第2封閉部可由熱封線所構成。前述包裝 體係具有:以前述第4封閉部爲共同底邊之第一、第二三 角形;及以前述第3封閉部爲共同底邊之第三、第四三角 形;且接鄰於周方向之前述各三角形之斜邊彼此連結而成 之四面立方體形狀,使前述第1、第2封閉部位於前述第 一、第二三角形之垂線上。前述包裝體介由前述撕開用之 開封導引開封時,則以收容前述包裝對象物之狀態形成船 形形狀,展開之船形具有用以保持內容物之容器之機能, 內容物爲食品時,具有可把持之盤之機能。前述包裝體, 係設置由位於前述第4封閉部之中央部且位於前述開封導 引部之延長上之缺口部、車縫線、及孔等所構成之開口容 易部。 前述包裝體,係由紫外線透射量較小之材料所形成。 前述包裝對象物,原則上可以爲任何之物,例如,萵宦、 疲采寺之蔬采。即述包裝體’係將在沿著前述撕開用之開 封導引開封該包裝體時,同時被開封之小袋或藉由隔壁進 行劃分之複數室設置於前述包裝體內,亦可以爲,開封包 裝體時,使該等小袋或複數室內之內容物突出。 前述包裝體,係將空氣與前述包裝對象物一起封入內 部,且在前述包裝體之各角部設置去角封線。前述去角封 線,係形成連繋前述第1及第2封閉部、與前述第3及第 4封閉部之間之圓弧狀或直線狀。 依據本發明之包裝體,形成i邊爲開口之袋體時,因 -6- (4) (4)200800734 爲設置於相對之2邊之第1封閉部及第2封閉部爲包裝體 之撕開用開封導引,無需採用特別手段’包裝體容易開封 。此外,本發明之包裝體,不但具有物品之包裝機能,充 塡著內容物之包裝體開封時,包裝材展開成船形,展開之 船形也具有內容物之容器之機能。內容物爲食品時,船形 成爲盤而可供載置食品來食用。本發明之包裝體,不只具 有包裝之機能,也兼具保持及把持內容物之容器之機能。 此外,設置著小袋或隔壁,可以用以裝入不同內容物。 【實施方式】 以下,針對本發明之實施形態進行說明。然而,本發 明並未受限於此。第1圖〜第5圖係本發明之包裝體之一 實施例,第1圖係四角形狀之袋體1。邊AB爲開口,其 他邊則封閉。通常,從A-B之開口部裝入內容物,其後, 封閉A-B而成爲包裝體。相對於此,本發明並非直接封閉 A-B,而係配合角A及B,以大致垂直交叉之方式結合邊 A-B之方向及邊C-D之方向,並在該狀態下封閉。此種所 謂四方狀之包裝材係大家所熟知,例如,商品名稱 TETRAPACK 等。 邊A-C係第1封閉部2,邊B-D係第2封閉部3,該 等封閉部2、3係由折線、熱封線、車縫線等所形成。邊 C-D係第3封閉部4,以大致垂直交叉於邊C-D之角度封 閉之部份係後述之第4封閉部5。本發明係以四角形狀之 包裝袋爲中心進行說明,然而,袋之形狀並未受限於四角 (5) 200800734 形,亦可以梯形。 第1圖中,邊A - C、邊B - D,係分別由折線、熱封線 、車縫線等所構成之第1封閉部、第2封閉部2、3。角A 、B係上邊之兩端角部。此外,第1封閉部2及第2封閉 部3之封線,如後面所述,係開封導引。於配合角a、B 進行接合及封閉之部份,設置缺口部、車縫線、孔等之開 口容易部,此外,角C、D之周邊亦可利用熱封、補強材 # 等設置補強部。 如第2圖所示’使邊A_B之方向及邊C-D之方向大 致垂直交叉,配合角A及角B進行接合來封閉開口部。該 封閉部爲第4封閉部5。使邊A-B之方向及邊C-D之方向 大致垂直交叉,配合角A及B形成封閉之狀態,邊A - B 之中心點之Η、Η ’(對面側)形成角,原來之角A及原來 之角B (對面側)成爲邊H-H’之中心點。從該邊H-H’朝 下方之角D設置著帶13,亦可封閉帶13之下部之邊G-G’ • 第2圖中,J係帶13之下部之中間點,J’係對面側之 . 帶13之下部之中間點。結果,邊A-B與邊C-D爲大致垂 直相交之狀態,而成爲四面體狀之包裝體。亦即,形成以 第4封閉部5之邊G-G’爲共同底邊之一對之第一三角形 (GG,C )及第二三角形(GG’D ),而且,形成以第3封 閉部4之邊C-D爲共同底邊之一對之第三三角形(CDG) 及第四三角形(CDG’),而且,形成接鄰於周方向之各 三角形之斜邊彼此連結而成之四面體狀之包裝體。第3圖 -8 - (6) 200800734 係四面體狀之包裝體6之斜視圖。 第2圖(a)係從原來之ABDC之面側觀看時之圖, 第2圖(b )係將原來之AB CD之面旋轉90度時觀看之圖 。包裝體6係四面體構造,具有相對於外壓之抵抗力,形 成袋體1之材料只要使用透明之物,可以仔細觀察到內容 物。必要時,可對包裝體6封入氮或二氧化碳來防止內容 物之鮮度劣化。 # 袋體1之材料可以使樹脂薄膜或樹脂薄片。樹脂可以 使用如聚乙烯、聚丙烯等之聚烯類、聚酯、聚醯胺、聚碳 酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、乙烯、以及乙 烯醇之共聚物(商品名稱:EVAL等)等。此外,必要時 ,亦可以爲2重、3重(多重)之複層。此外,爲了降低 紫外線之透射率,可以使用添加了紫外線吸收劑之樹脂。 第3圖所示之四面體形狀之包裝體6,以形成袋體1 爲目的之第1及第2封閉部2、3係位於以第4封閉部5 • 爲共同底邊GG’之一對之第一三角形(GG,C )及第二三角 形(GG’D)之大致垂線上。該第1及第2封閉部2、3係 包裝體6之撕開用之開封導引。沿著該開封導引開封(撕 .開),成爲第4圖所示之船形形狀。 展開成船形形狀時,底之長度爲2 h、船首、船尾之高 度(深度)爲t,船形之中央,係依據船形之寬度,其深 度應小於t之船形形狀(盤形狀)。此外,h係從第〗圖 所示之包裝袋之長度扣除帶13之寬度d之物,d爲帶13 之寬度、t爲包裝袋ABDC之寬度之二分之一之大小。帶 (7) 200800734 1 3之部份,與船形之耳部船形之形狀之保持相關,而且, 可便利容器之把持。此處所形成之船形形狀,可以讓內容 物直接保持於船形之中,而具有一種容器之機能。該船形 具有一種食器之機能,例如,具有盤之機能。例如,內容 物若爲如已洗淨且切斷成適當大小之萵苣之物,該萵苣於 包裝開封後’萵苣可保持於船形之容器(盤),只要對萵 苣淋上適當調味料,即可以船形代替盤來進食。 Φ 船形時,原來之袋ABDCD之角C、D位於船形之上 部中央。因爲該部份只保持原樣會成爲船形形狀不安定之 原因,故應對C、D周邊之部份預先進行補強。亦即,設 置第2圖(a )之符號1 1、12所示之補強部。本實施例時 ’於角C、D之周邊設置三角形狀之補強部11、12。該補 強部1 1、1 3可以熔合三角形之全面,亦可以如圖所示, 只熔合三角形之斜邊部1 6、1 7。此外,於補強部1 1、1 2 ’則附薄片或薄膜之補強材。本實施例時,並未限定包裝 鲁對象物。 如前面所述,原來之形狀之四角形之袋時,沿著G、 G’封閉後,欲使用內容物時,沿著開封導引A-C、B-D開 -封(撕開)。包裝袋ABDC之邊A-C之第一封閉部2及邊 B-D之第二封閉部3係由折線、封線、車縫線等所構成之 開封導引。開封導引之邊A-C及邊B-D,應預先實施以容 易開封(撕開)爲目的之加工。 例如,使邊A-C及邊B-D具有較大之折縫、低溫度 熱壓著密封、或設置如車縫線之線狀細孔,有利於開封( -10- (8) (8)200800734 撕開)。此外,爲了容易沿著開封導引之邊A-C及邊B-D 進行開封(撕開),如第5圖所示,應於邊H-H ’之中央 部且位於開封導引之第一及第二封閉部2、3之延長位置 上並且爲帶13之端部,設置缺口 14或其他車縫線、孔等 〇 內容物爲例如萵苣或菠菜之蔬菜或沙拉時,該四面體 狀之包裝材,於包裝體共有開封導引之狀態下,將含有調 味料之小袋與萵苣、菠菜、沙拉一起封閉、或設置隔壁, 開封包裝袋之同時,該調味料會淋於內容物之萵苣、菠菜 、沙拉之上而立即可食用。 此外,以上之構成之包裝體6時,形成1邊爲開口之 袋體1時,於4邊之相對之2邊形成第1封閉部及第2封 閉部2、3,然而,該封閉部2、3形成第4封閉部5而成 爲四面體狀時,係位於該二個第一、第二三角形(GG,C )、(GG’D )之垂線上,結果,可以該等第i封閉部及 第2封閉部2、3作爲撕開用之開封導引。亦即,本實施 例時,利用形成袋體1時必要之第1及第2封閉部2、3, 無需採用特別手段,即可實現包裝體6之容易開封。 第6圖〜第11圖係本發明之包裝體之其他實施例。 第6圖係本實施例之包裝體20所使用之袋體22。該袋體 22係使細長之1張薄膜或薄片於下端進行折疊而成爲疊合 之長方形狀,於相對之一對之2邊(側面),形成第1及 第2封閉部24、26。 袋體22之材料與上述實施例相同,可以使用透明或 (9) 200800734 半透明、或經過著色之樹脂薄膜或樹脂薄片,此外,必要 時’可以爲2重或3重之複層,此外,爲了降低紫外線之 透射率,應使用添加著紫外線吸收劑之樹脂。 第1及第2封閉部24、26,於本實施例時,係以熱刀 切斷薄膜(薄片),而以薄膜(薄片)之端面彼此熔結而 成之熱封線來形成。該封閉部24、26亦可以薄膜之面彼 此之熱壓著形態之熱封線來取代端面彼此之熱封線。 • 袋體22,係於剩餘之2邊當中之i邊(下端),形成 由折疊線所構成之第3封閉部2 8,剩餘之1邊(上端)形 成開口。本實施例時,於第3封閉部2 8之兩端,設置一 對之圓弧狀之去角封線30a、30b。該等去角封線30a、 3 Ob係利用熱壓著封線所構成。 一方之去角封線30a係以連結第3封閉部28之左端 側及第1封閉部2 4之間來形成,另一方之去角封線3 〇 b 係以連結第3封閉部28之右端側及第2封閉部26之間來 ® 形成。 此外,第3封閉部2 8亦可以熱壓著之封線來取代折 疊線。形成以上之袋體22後,從上端開口部將包裝對象 物裝入袋體22內。此時,如第7圖所示,使袋體之上 端開口之中心部份C朝前後方向拉開,而且,使上端開口 之兩端A、B互相接近,打開開口部,於該狀態下,裝入 特定量葉菜之蔬菜V。 葉菜類之蔬菜V,例如,係將萵苣、菠菜、球花甘藍 、蕪菁、毛豆、各種葉菜之蔬菜切成特定大小之蔬菜等, -12- (10) (10)200800734 使該等蔬菜類具有一致之例如,5〜1 0 c m程度之直徑,並 以使該等葉菜之蔬菜V以部份彼此互相重疊方式之方式進 行隨機收容。結束葉菜之蔬菜V之收容後,封閉袋體2 2 之上端開口。 袋體22之封閉狀態如第8圖及第9圖所示。袋體22 之開口部之封閉係利用形成第4封閉部32來實施。第4 封閉部3 2係利用例如熱壓者封線來形成,以大致垂直交 叉於第3封閉部2 8之角度來形成。 此外,第4封閉部3 2係配置於距離袋體22之上端有 一點距離之下方位置,於第4封閉部3 2之上端,設置著 耳部(帶)34。此外,本實施例時,於第4封閉部32之 兩端,設置著一對之圓弧狀之去角封線36a、36b。該等去 角封線3 6 a、3 6 b,與上述封線3 0 a、3 0 b相同,係由熱壓 著封線所構成。 一方之去角封線36a係以連結第4封閉部32之左端 側及第1封閉部24之間來形成,另一方之去角封線36b 則係以連結第4封閉部3 2之右端側及第2封閉部2 6之間 來形成。 如以上所示,形成第4封閉部32及去角封線36a、 3 6b後,如第8圖〜第10圖所示,形成介設著以第4封閉 部32爲共同底邊之一對之第一及第二之大致三角形a、b (因爲於三角形之斜邊及底邊之間,介設著圓弧狀之去角 封線36a、36b,而爲略呈三角形)、及以第3封閉部28 爲共同底邊之一對之第三及第四之大致三角形c、d (因爲 -13- (11) (11)200800734 於三角形之斜邊及底邊之間,介設著圓弧狀之去角封線 30a、30b,而爲略呈三角形)。 該等大致三角形a〜d形成斜邊彼此於周方向連結而 成之四面體形狀,將空氣與包裝對象物之葉菜之蔬菜V — 起封入其中而成爲包裝體20。 上述構成之包裝體20時,如第8圖所示,第1及第2 封閉部24、26位於第一、第二大致三角形a、b之大致垂 線上,以該熱壓著或熱刃封線作爲包裝體2 0之撕開用之 開封導引。 第1 1圖係以第1及第2封閉部24、26作爲開封導引 且沿著該封線撕開包裝體2 0之狀態。本實施例時,爲了 使該撕開操作更爲容易,於耳部(帶)3 4之中心位置,設 置位於封閉部2 4、2 6延,長線上之缺口 3 8。 將第1及第2封閉部24、26分別撕開至至去角封線 3 0a、3 0b之位置,如第1 1圖所示,成爲以第三及第四大 致三角形c、d爲底邊而於周緣形成立起之側面之船型形 狀。此時之側面係於大致垂線上將第一及第二大致三角形 a、b分割成兩半來形成。 此時,收容於包裝體20內之葉菜之蔬菜V係位於船 型內,因爲船型之上方爲開放,故具有船型之盤之機能, 可直接食用蔬菜。此外,依據如以上所示之構成之包裝體 20,萵苣、菠菜等之葉菜之蔬菜V與空氣一起被封入之包 裝體20,因爲於四面體之各角部設置著去角用封線30a、 3 0b、36a、36b,葉菜之蔬菜V不會侵入容易受損之角部 -14- (12) (12)200800734 ,結果,可長期保持葉菜之蔬菜鮮度。 此外,依據上述構成之包裝體20,形成1邊爲開口之 袋體22時,由4邊之相對之2邊之熱封線所構成之第一 封閉部及第二封閉部24、26,形成第4封閉部32而成爲 四面體狀時,係位於二個第一、第二大致三角形c、d之 垂線上,結果,可以該等熱封線作爲撕開用之開封導引。 此外,上述構成之包裝體20係以萵苣、菠菜等之葉 菜之蔬菜V爲包裝對象物,將其封入以四面體爲基本形狀 之包裝體20內,因爲四面體不存在平行或相對之面,承 受到外力時,可分散外力,將其封入箱狀之包裝體時,因 爲外力不會直接作用於葉菜之蔬菜V,可以避免葉菜之蔬 菜受損。 此外,上述構成之包裝體20時,係以萵苣、菠菜等 之葉菜之蔬菜V爲包裝對象物,並因爲將其與空氣一起封 入以四面體爲基本形狀之包裝體1 〇內,鄰接之蔬菜間、 表面之蔬菜及袋體12之內面間介在著空氣層,承受到外 力時’該等空氣層具有緩衝墊之機能,故可避免蔬菜之受 損。 此外’上述實施例時,係以去角用封線30a、30b、 3 6a、3 6b爲圓弧狀時爲例,然而,該等封線亦可以爲如第 ό圖及第8圖之一點虛線所之直線。此外,第6圖及第8 圖以虛線表示之各去角封線3 0 a、3 0 b、3 6 a、3 6 b之外側 之空白部份可沿著封線進行切除,亦可保留。此外,包裝 對象物係針對葉菜之蔬菜進行說明,然而,並未受限於此 -15- (13) (13)200800734 ,例如,亦可以爲炸馬鈴薯片等之食品、豆等之雜貨等之 容易受損之物。 本發明之包裝體,利用形成袋體時必要之封閉部,無 需採用特別手段,即可實現包裝體之容易開封,不但可減 少製造步驟及成本,尙可進一步提高包裝體之價値,且可 廣泛地應用於產業界。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖係本發明之包裝體所使用之袋體之一例圖。 第2圖係本發明之包裝體之不同2方向之側面圖。 第3圖係本發明之包裝體之斜視圖。 第4圖係本發明之包裝體之開封狀態之說明圖。 第5圖係本發明之實施形態之說明圖。 第6圖係本發明之包裝體所使用之袋體之其他實施例 圖。 第7圖係將蔬菜裝入第6圖所示之袋體內時之說明圖 〇 第8圖係第6圖所示之包裝體之側面圖。 第9圖係第6圖所示之包裝體之不同方向之側面圖。 第1 0圖係第6圖所示之包裝體之斜視圖。 第1 1圖係第6圖所示之包裝體之開封狀態之說明圖 【主要元件符號說明】 -16· 200800734 (14) 1 :袋體 2 :第1封閉部 3 :第2封閉部 4 :第3封閉部 5 :第4封閉部 6 :包裝體 1 1、1 2 :補強部 # 13 :帶 1 4 :缺口 1 6、1 7 :斜面200800734 (1) Description of the Invention [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a package, and more particularly to a package that can be easily opened.
