Abstract

A flat panel display and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. A flat panel display includes a first substrate, a first conductive layer, an electrode layer, a buffer layer, and an organic electro-luminescent unit. The first conductive layer is formed on a first surface of the first substrate, and the electrode layer is formed on the first conductive layer. The second conductive layer is formed on the second surface of the first substrate. The buffer layer is formed on the second conductive layer, and the organic electroluminescent unit on the buffer layer.
