Abstract
İçten yanmalı motorlarda yanma odasındaki ani basınç artışından dolayı ortaya çıkan gürültüyü indirgemek amacıyla ön püskürtme yapılmaktadır. Ancak geleneksel sistemlerde enjektör memesi deliklerinin kesit alanı ön püskürtme aşamasında da sabit kalmakta olup ön püskürtme esnasında daha düşük bir debinin o sabit kesit alanından gönderilmesi sebebiyle kötü bir yakıt hava karışımı oluşturulmakta ve de neticesinde emisyon değerleri kötüleşmektedir. Bu sebeple enjektör eksenine göre memede bulunan üstüste iki sıra deliğin açılma ve kapanmasını ayrı ayrı kontrol eden bir dış iğne ve iç iğneden oluşan bir sistem kullanılmaktadır.Burada açıklanan buluş enjektör eksenine göre memede bulunan üstüste iki sıra deliğin (2, 3) açılma ve kapanmasını kontrol eden dış iğne (4) ile iç iğneden(5) oluşan sistemde, iğnelerin oturma yüzeylerinin genişliği nedeniyle enjektör memesi delikleri (2, 3) kapalı konumda iken, meme deliklerinde sızdırmazlığın sağlanması için, içi oyuk olan dış iğnenin DEVAMI VAR.Internal combustion engines are pre-sprayed to reduce the noise generated by the sudden increase in pressure in the combustion chamber. However, in conventional systems, the cross-sectional area of the injector nozzle holes remains constant during the pre-spraying stage, which results in a lower fuel flow through the fixed cross-sectional area resulting in a poor fuel-air mixture and consequently the emission values deteriorating. For this reason, a system consisting of an outer needle and an inner needle which separately controls the opening and closing of two rows of superposed holes in the nozzle relative to the injector axis is used. In the system consisting of the outer needle (4) and the inner needle (5), when the injector nozzle holes (2, 3) are in the closed position due to the width of the seating surfaces of the needles, the hollow outer needle is sealed.
