Abstract

Fermentasyon yoluyla havalandirma kosullarinda esas olarak saf psödomonik asit A'nin biyosentezini yapabilen bir Pseudomonas bakteryum türünün daldirmayla yetistirilmesini ve istenen bilesigin izolasyonunu içeren, psödomonik asit A'nin hazirlanmasi için bir prosedür anlatilmistir. Özelde, bu bulusun prosedürü, organik azot ve karbon kaynaklarini ve istege göre mineral tuzlarini ihtiva eden, 23-30 C arasindaki sicaklikta bir ortam üzerinde, Ulusal Tarimsal ve Endüstriyel Mikroorganizmalar Koleksiyonu, Budapeste, Macaristan adresinde NCAIM (P)B 001235 erisim sayisi altinda biriktirilen No.19/26 Pseudomonas sp. bakteryum türünün ya da bu türün psödomonik asit A-üreten mutant ya da varyantinin yetistirilmesini içermektedir.
