Abstract
Patojen enfeksiyonundan sonra bitkilerde gen ekspresyonuna aracilik edebilen sentetik promoterler açiklanmaktadir. Ayrica, rekombinant genler ve sözkonusu simerik promoterleri içeren vektörler ve böyle simerik promoterler, rekombinant genler veya vektörlerle transforme edilen konakçi hücrelerde anlatilmaktadir. Yine, böyle simerik promoterler, rekombinant genleri, vektörler veya hücreleri içeren diyagnostik kompozisyonlar ve kitlerde açiklanmaktadir. Yukarida açiklanan vasitalari kullanan, patojen enfeksiyonu üzerine bitkilerde spesifik olarak eksprese edilen genleri aktiflestirme veya engelleme kabiliyetli bilesiklerin taninmasina yönelik metodlar açiklanmaktadir. Ayrica, yukarida açiklanan simerik promoterler, rekombinant genleri ve vektörler ve/veya bitki hücresi ve doku kültüründe, bitki yetistirilmesinde ve/veya tarimda bulusun metoduyla tanimlanan bilesikleri içeren transgenik bitki hücreleri, bitki dokusu ve bitkilerde açiklanmaktadir.
