Abstract

Burada, bitki liflerini, tercihen keten ve kenevir fiberlerini kullanarak, lifli keçe imali için yeni bir metot açiklanmaktadir. Lifler önceden isleme tabi tutularak kisaltilmakta ve bundan sonra, arzulanan bir açiklik içinde uzunluklari bulunan tek lifleri ihtiva eden bir lifli kütle olusturmak üzere ayrilmaktadirlar. Bundan sonra, lifli keçe içinde fiberler tesadüfi olarak yönlendirilmesi ve kuru sekil verme süreci ile, lifli keçe imal edilmektedir. Kuru sekil verme süreci, tercihen, vakum kutusu üstüne yerlestirilmis bas (kafa) kisimlarin, bu iki element arasinda sekillendirici tel üzerinde lifler biriktirilmesi ile gerçeklestirilir. Tek lifler seklinde alinan lifler, iç lif baglarinin sabit hale getirilmesi ile tabaka olusturur. Lifler arasi baglar, bag olusturucular kullanilarak veya kullanilmadan elde edilebilir.
