Однако точность способа в р де случаев недостаточна, особенно при диагностике заболеваний, когда требу етс  определ ть незначительные изменени  концентрации. Цель изобретени  - повышение точности способа. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем что способ определени  коицентрации форменных элементов крови осуществл ют путем их выделени  с последующим исследованием зических характе ристик, измер ют диэлектрическую про иицаемость клеток, по величине которой определ ют концентрацию форменных элементов крови. Изобретение по сн етс  графиком зависимости величины диэлектрической проницаемости 6 от концентрации эритроцитов человека в плазме при температуре . Дл  определени  концентрации форменных элементов крови, например, эритроцитов , из пробы крови выдел ют смесь клеток Образец зритроцитарной смеси в стекл нной трубке с внутренним диаметром 2,0 мм в объеме 0,20 ,3 мл помещают в датчик установки дл  диэлектрических измерений жидкостей с большими потер ми (водюлх растворов ) , например в рабочий резонатор установки. С целью повышени  точйости показаний температуру объема рабочего резонатора и СВЧ генератора стабилизируют. This goal is achieved by the fact that the method of determining the concentration of blood cells is carried out by isolating them, followed by a study of their physical characteristics, and the dielectric susceptibility of cells is measured, the magnitude of which determines the concentration of blood cells. The invention is illustrated by a graph of the dependence of the dielectric constant 6 on the concentration of human erythrocytes in plasma at a temperature. To determine the concentration of blood cells, for example, erythrocytes, a mixture of cells is isolated from a blood sample. A sample of the cell – cell mixture in a glass tube with an internal diameter of 2.0 mm in a volume of 0.20, 3 ml is placed in a sensor for dielectric measurements of liquids with large losses (water solutions), for example, in the working resonator of the installation. In order to increase the accuracy of the readings, the temperature of the volume of the working resonator and the microwave generator is stabilized. The value is then determined by measuring the frequency shift of the resonant-Ora with the sample relative to the resonator with distilled water.
