Description
The invention relates to a reinforcement structure, specifically to devices for the protection of pneumatic and hydraulic systems from both induced and reduced pressure. Safety valves with a ruptured diaphragm, which operate both at elevated pressure and vacuum, are known as a unit consisting of two perforated membranes with a shell sandwiched between the shims 1. A disadvantage of the known device is a large variation in actuation pressure. Also known are safety devices containing a convex spheral membrane installed between the nozzles in contact with the surface of the nozzle. The pressure response range of the diaphragm is determined by the attenuating risks / applied across its surface 21. A disadvantage of these devices is that it is advisable to use them at low discontinuity with pressure. The purpose of the invention is to provide a sensitive response both at pressure and at a pressure drop. This goal is achieved by the fact that the membrane section located in front of the inlet channel is made in the form of a sphere, the inverse of the spherical surface of the nozzle, and the spheres are connected by an annular groove with a radius equal to 1/3 of the height of the reverse sphere with its center at the intersection of the spheres. set knives. The drawing is a diagram of the proposed safety device. The device contains a spherical nozzle 1 with a flange 2, a disk 3 between which there is installed a destructible membrane 4 in contact with the inner surface of the nozzle 1. The nozzle 1 and disk 3 with a gasket 5 are connected by the inlet channel 6 of the tank with fastening parts 7, 8 and 9. Before the output channel 10 of nozzle 1 in membrane 4 is made of the reverse sphere 11. The junction between sphere 11 and membrane 4 is in the form of an annular groove 12 with a radius, equal to 1/3 of the height of the sphere 11. The center of the groove radius is located at the intersection of surfaces 11 and membrane 4. Compacted s membrane 4 is performed with face seals 13 and 14 mounted koitsent
