Description

(54) METHOD FOR CLEANING WASTEWATER FROM ORGANIC. . SUBSTANCES, PRIORESTICALLY OIL-CONTAINING A fairly concentrated microbial suspension of each of the cultures is obtained. Twice a month, biofilm deposited in the secondary settling tank is fed into a separately standing tank, and cultures of microorganisms Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Mycobacterlum 1 urn are added to the same volume at a rate of 20-30 ml per 1 g of biofilm dry matter biofilter. The mixture is blown for 3-4 hours, then it is gradually introduced into the supply pipeline and, along with the inadequate water, is evenly distributed over the surface of the biofilter. Example. The proposed method was tested in laboratory conditions on municipal wastewater containing petroleum products. Wastewater was fed to a laboratory model of aerostatic height 3.0 m in diameter .150 mm. Conducted a series of experiments without making a mixture of oil-depleting crops and regenerated biopen and with the introduction. The cleaning results are shown in the table. When a mixture of oil-depleting crops and regenerated biofilm is applied, the cleaning effect on organic pollutants of COD (chemical oxygen demand) and oil products increases significantly. After making the mixture, the amount of oil products decreases 4.4 times, the COD - 2 times. In the biofilm selected from different horizons of the aerofilter, after adding the mixture, the number of microorganisms oxidizing organic substances, including oil-oxidizing microorganisms, increased several hundred times. Wastewater, purified on an aerofilter with the introduction of a mixture of microorganisms with a regenerated biofilm, can be used for the needs of industrial enterprises, as well as for irrigation of greenery without building additional expensive facilities for the purification of biochemically treated wastewater.
