Description

Devices are known for moving rail carriages by means of a carrier attached to a moving rope or chain in a closed channel. In the proposed device, a closed channel for a haul rope or chain is located directly at the foot of the rail.

Near the rails 7 (fig. 1, 2) along which the cart moves, channels 2 are arranged in which the carrier 3 moving along them are placed (figs 2, 3). The number of carriers in one channel depends on the conditions of movement.

The carrier is provided with a hook 4 protruding from the channel, which serves to engage the vehicle 5 intended for movement (Fig. 3) using a rope or chain b.

Ordinary winches with manual or mechanical drive can serve as a means of moving, and either two winches can be installed: one to move in one direction (the working side and the other to move in the opposite direction, or one winch, but with a lining parallel to the leader) and the return cable.

In the first case, a flexible cable 7 (or a chain) is needed only for rolling on the winch drum; for the rest of the carrier, they can be joined with metal rods 8, 8.

To reduce friction, the carrier is equipped with rollers 9, W, / 7, 72.
