Abstract
FIELD: biological, microbiological and medical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel 1 for preparing microorganism suspension, mixer 2 mounted on vertical drive shaft 3, additional vessel 4 communicated with vessel 1 and adapted for mixing suspension with inactivating liquid. Vessel 4 is provided with inactivating liquid supply branch pipe 5. Apparatus is further provided with heat-exchanger 6 for thermal treatment of suspension and tubular germicidal lamps 7 for ultra-violet radiation of microorganisms. Vessel 4 has blade mixer 8, whose vertical shaft is connected with shaft 3 through V-belt drive 9. Coiled heat exchanger 6 is positioned in vessel 4 so that coils are arranged over the whole height of vessel. Germicidal lamps 7 are positioned between mixer 8 and coils of heat exchanger 6. Branch pipe 5 has annular collector 10 positioned at outlet end. Vessel 4 has sylphon valve 11 for supplying suspension from vessel 1. Unions 13 and 14 for supply and discharge of heat- carrier and union 15 for discharge of inactivated vaccine are mounted on cover 12 of vessel 4. Vessel 1 has filtering member 18 arranged in lower part of drive shaft 3 below mixer 2, nutrient medium and sowing material supply tube 19, tube 20 for discharge of suspension into vessel 4. Waste medium discharge device 21 is fixed in bottom of vessel 1, which is provided with thermostatic jacket 24.
