Description
The invention relates to colored glass compositions that can be used for decorative glazing of public buildings, for making stained glass windows and decorating furniture, as a facing material, as well as for technical purposes.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of glass melting and increase the strength at static bending.
For the synthesis of glasses, available local raw materials and industrial wastes are used: kaolin and limestone (45-65 wt.%) Or loess (60-70 wt.%), Dolomite (25-37 wt.%) Phosphorite (5-10 wt. .%), quartz sand - enrichment waste of kaolin (2-5 wt.%) soda ash (0-5 wt.%), cobalt oxide (0-0.02 wt.%). The glasses were brewed in an electric furnace with silicon heaters in alundum and corundite crucibles with a holding time
1 hour at a maximum temperature of 1350 l380 ° C, They produce products at 1200-1250 ° C, annealed at 600 ° C.
Стекла вл ютс весьма технологичными: хорошо провариваютс и осветл ютс при 1350-1380°С с 1-часовой выдержкой .The glasses are highly technological: they boil well and are brightened at 1350-1380 ° C with 1 hour exposure.
Table 1 shows the specific compositions of the described glasses, Table 2 shows their physico-technical properties, Table 3 shows the chemical composition of the raw materials used.
From table 1 and 2 it follows that the proposed composition of glasses have a low cooking temperature of 1350-1380 ° C, a short exposure time at the maximum temperature of 1 h (prototype 2 h), a high rate of flexural strength - 98.5-109 MPa (the prototype 73-80 MPa), as well as good chemical resistance in alkaline media.
