Abstract

Изобретение относитс к машиностроению , в частности к разъемным соединени м стальных канатов, захватным приспособлени м и к монтажной оснастке. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности, улучшение условий эксплуатации и расширение технологических возможностей. В муфту 1 ввернуты резьбовые втулки 2 и 3 с разным направлением резьбы. Через втулки 2 и 3 прот нуты две ветви каната, огибающие вкладыши 5 по желобам. Между вкладышами 5, соосно с ними, размещена центральна втулка 4. Торцы втулки 4 выполнены с расшир ющимис уклонами 7. При вращении муфты 1 втулки 2 и 3 сближаютс навстречу друг другу в осевом направлении. При таком сближении втулок 2 и 3 концы каната, огиба вкладыши 5, прижимаютс к втулке 4. Благодар дополнительному вкладышу 5 и центральной втулке 4 усилие зажима распредел етс равномерно по концам каната. Зажим прост в изготовлении и сборке . 2 з.п, ф-лы, 8 ил. When the clutch 1 rotates, the hubs 2 and 3 approach each other in the axial direction. With this approach of the sleeves 2 and 3, the ends of the rope, by bending the inserts 5, are pressed against the sleeve 4. A rope clamp containing two bushings with threads of different directions, connecting the sleeve, an inside liner with wedge shanks coaxially with threaded bushings, the cavities of which are oval in cross section, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability, improve conditions operation and expansion of technological capabilities by evenly distributing the clamping forces and avoiding slipping of the rope of large diameter, it is equipped with at least one central sleeve located inside the coupling, coaxial to the liner, and at least one additional liner mounted coaxially to the main liner, the central sleeve is placed between the main and additional liner and is made an integral cavity for passing through two branches of the rope, and the ends of the sleeve are made with expanding slopes, while the distance between the ends of the shanks of adjacent liners does not exceed the length of the Central sleeve.
