Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering, devices for producing articles from superhard materials. SUBSTANCE: in super-high pressure reaction lattice having heater, form-shaping inserts and material from super-hard powder with metal binder, the heater and the metal binders are in the form of disks of equal diameter. The heater is made of mixture of graphite powder and electrically-insulating material (with content of the material in the mixture equal to 20-50% ) and is mounted horizontally in the center of the lattice. The disks from the metal binder are located on end surfaces of the heater. The form shaping inserts are made of current-conducting heat-resistant material in the form of cylinder with the hole whose shape matches the shape of the article. The form-shaping surface of articles of inserts are coated with a layer from refractory oxides powders. EFFECT: possibility of producing large-size articles and increased product-metal yield. 2 dwg
