Abstract

Изобретение относитс к грузоподъемным машинам, а именно к строительным подъемникам, монтируемым снизу. Цель изобретени - облегчение монтажа и повышение грузоподъемности подъемника. Строительный подъемник состоит из основани 1, секционной мачты 2, грузовой каретки 3, выдвижного монорельса 4 со съемной платформой. В рабочем положении каретка 3 подвешена на грузовом канате 5, запасованном на барабане лебедки 6. С противоположной стороны мачты 2 смонтирована рама 7 с балластным щиком 8. Рама 7 подвешена на канате 9. Рама 7 противовеса снабжена ходовыми роликами дл перемещени по направл ющим монорельса 4 и дополнительными ходовыми роликами дл перемещени по направл ющим мачты 2. Кроме того, рама 7 оснащена кронштейнами с крепежным приспособлением дл балластного щика 8 и крюками дл захвата монтируемых секций мачты 2. При монтаже мачты выдвижной монорельс 4 устанавливаетс на основание 1 вертикально и по нему перемещаетс рама 7, служаща в этом положении в качестве монтажного подхвата, балластный щик 8 при этом отсоедин етс от рамы 7.
