Abstract
2 з.п. The invention relates to the construction of structures using hydromechanization, to the mining industry - for the extraction of nonmetallic materials, water transport, and is used mainly on suction dredgers. The goal is to increase the productivity of the self-suction suction dredger by increasing the pulp consistency. The soil receiver includes a fixed 1 and a movable 2 body parts with a suction inlet (VO) hinged between themselves, a transverse grille 13 at the bottom. A collector 4 with teeth is fixed on the movable part between the VO and the junction of the movable and stationary parts 1, 2. 5, in which nozzles 11 are installed, located below the grating 13 and directed towards the VO. The tooth 5 is connected to the collector 4 by means of T-shaped guides 6 with seals. The grill 13 is installed with the possibility of height adjustment relative to the fixed part and has scrapers-jumpers 14. Water jets ejected from the nozzles 11 of the teeth 5 in the direction of the tip, create a pit filled with pulp. The excavation pit is transformed into a trench due to the movement of the soil receiver. The grate 13 of the soil collector with scrapers 14 captures the loosened soil and guides it to the mouth of the soil receiver. The pulp is sucked and transported in the usual way. 2 hp f-ly, 2 ill.
