Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике, может быть использовано при оперативном лечении аденомы предстательной железы. Целью изобретени   вл етс  снижение травматичности введени  устройства при остановке кровотечени  в ложе простаты. Устройство содержит корпус 1, подвижную изогнутую пластину 2, прижим 3 в виде трех створок, шарнирно соединенных между собой, из которых средн   створка посредством шарнира 7 установлена на конце подвижной пластины 2, пружину 8, винты 9, 10 и опорное основание 11 с округлой площадкой 12. Изогнутую пластину 2 с прижимом 3 подвод т к ложу аденомы, предварительно подложив под прижим 3 многослойный стерильный бинт. В пр мую кишку ввод т опорное основание 11 с округлой площадкой 12.
