Пример 1. Ацетилированный крахмал получают путем обработки исходного кукурузного крахмала лед ной уксусной кислотой при нагревании. Регулиру услови обраббтйи (концентраци уксусной кислоты, продолжительность процесса и температура процесса ) , получают степень замещени 0,40- 0,45 и 5%-ные растворы с динамической в зкостью 13,0-14,2 мПа.с.Example 1.
