Abstract

FIELD: machine-assembling. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger frame is installed in gripper 14, and tubes are charged into bunker 4. The tubes one at a time are fed to the centering position by a slide. Mandrel 9 is moved by power cylinder 8 towards the bunker and its rod 10 passes through holes of the frame. The mandrel presses the tube to pusher 7 centering it. Table 3 is moved by its drive towards the frame and the tube is pressed into its holes. Then table 3 and mandrel 9 are returned to the initial position, and movable head 13 moves gripper 14 at one step according to a set program. Part of mandrel 9 is axially spring-loaded to provide assembling of tubes of different length. EFFECT: improved heat exchanger reliability. 2 cl, 3 dwg
