Abstract

FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: reservoir is developed by horizons and stages. During the period of withdrawal of formation fluids through producing wells drilled in next horizon, injected together with oil through wells drilled to upper horizon is carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is injected continuously during the entire period of development of the second horizon that ensures full sweep of residual oil of the first horizon with carbon dioxide. As a result of dissolving of carbon dioxide in formation oil during the firsts stage of development, volume factor of formation oil and oil gas content and saturation pressure rise to provide conditions for renewal of operation of wells of the first horizon. Upon stopping of recovery and injection of carbon dioxide, next lower horizon is developed and, at the same time, carbon dioxide is injected into wells drilled to upper horizon. EFFECT: higher oil recovery.
