Abstract

ПОДЦОН, содержащий пр моугольное основание с жестко закрепленными по егог углам стойками, рассто ние между передними из которых больше, чем рассто ние между задними, дл вкладывани один в другой порожних поддонов и расположенные между стойками перекладины, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени жесткости с сохранением возможности вкладывани порожних поддонов один в другой, перекладины св заны со стойками неразъемно, при этом перекладины, соедин ющие передние стойки с задними , закреплены в их средней части, а две другие - в верхней части стоек. При формировании пакета порожних поддонов вкладыванием их один в другой автопогрузчиком выполн ют следующие операции. Вилами погрузчика захватывают поддон за перекладину 4, расположенную между верхними част ми передних стоек. При подъеме вил погрузчика.поддон занимает наклонное положение (фиг. 3). Задние стойки наклоненного погрузчиком поддона А ввод т под перекладину передних стоек горизонтально сто щего поддона Б так, чтобы нижние концы задних стоек при опускании наклоненного поддона разместились на пр моугольном основании 1 поддона Б. Поддон А опускают в гори зонтальное положение и вилами погрузчика, введенными под основание 1, вдвигают поддон А в поддон В.When forming a package of empty pallets by inserting them one into another by a forklift, the following operations are performed.
