Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  преобразовани  энергии течений и позвол ет повысить надежность в работе гидроагрегата. Дл  исключени  взаимодействи  куполов 8 парашютов 7 со шкивом 4 вершины куполов 8 соединены гибкой св зью и тросом 6, а шкив 4 установлен горизонтально.
