The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment. Example. Ill., 25 years old, was admitted to the burn ward with superficial burns (- Grade 3 of the right upper limb and right thigh, 7% of the body surface. After loosening the burn wounds in the right upper limb, treatment started in a controlled environment at 30–32 ° C. 24 hours after the start of treatment, the burn wound on the upper extremity was covered with a thin crust, the pain syndrome was completely eliminated, and local inflammations diminished. Blowing the affected surface with abacterial air was maintained in the range of 30-32 ° C for the first two days. From the third day, tertingening started with a uniform decrease in the minimum value of the maintained temperature by 1.5 ° C daily, while maintaining the maximum value at the initial level of 32 ° C until reaching 20-22 ° C (on the sixth day after the beginning of the temperature range increase), while uniformly increased from the initial value (2–3 min) to 18–20 min (Fig. 2). On the sixth day from the start of the thermal testing, the minimum temperature of the air blowing the limb was brought to 20 ° C (room temperature). On the eighth day, the limb was removed from the isolator. The withdrawal syndrome in the form of local chill was not observed. The patient is discharged. from the hospital on the eighteenth day after the injury in a satisfactory condition. PRI mme R 2. Patient K was admitted with deep burns G of the degree of the right tibia with a burn wound of 4% of the body surface. After the toilet of the right wound, the patient's lower leg is placed in an abacterial isolator and treatment is started in a controlled environment. The air temperature in the isolator was maintained in the range of 30–32 s. After 48 hours from the start of treatment, the scab became dry, on the third day the edema and perifocal inflammation of the soft tissues decreased. On the fourth day, the body temperature returned to normal, and the general condition of the patient significantly improved. On the eighth day after admission to the hospital, necrctomy with autodermoplasty was performed. On the second day after the operation, terratening was started according to the indicated regimen (Fig. 2) up to 7 days (after the operation). On the tenth day, the limb was removed from the isolator. No local foci were observed. The autolockout fully survives. On the 34th day from the day of admission, the patient was discharged in a satisfactory condition home, set to work. FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of the proposed device; in fig. 2 thermogram of air flow. The device contains a pre-filter 1, a blower 2, a bacterial filter 3, an electric heater 4, a flexible air duct 5, a treatment chamber 6 and a temperature sensor 7. Parallel to the temperature controller 8, an additional temperature controller 9 is installed. In the communication line of the controllers 8 and 9 with the electric heater 4, time relays 10 and 11 are installed, the switching is performed in such a way that, according to which time relay (10 or 11) closes the control circuit of the electric heater 4, the latter controls either the circuit containing a temperature controller 9 and a time relay 11, or a circuit containing a temperature controller 8 and a time relay 10 (the position of the contacts in this case is shown in Fig. 1 by a dotted line). Temperature controllers 8 and 9 consist of a setpoint setting unit, a setpoint versus setpoint actual temperature unit measured by sensor 7, an output signal shaping unit, and a deadband adjustment unit. The device works as follows. The temperature regulator 9 is adjusted to the lower limit of the required temperature range P Le 11 of time — for a predetermined time T-5 to maintain the indicated temperature T-t.
