Abstract
Spôsob sa vzťahuje na tvarovanie lisovaním predmetu, majúceho najmenej jednu silne deformovanú oblasť, tvoreného tuhým nosným plošným dielom deformovaným za tepla a dekoračným ohybným povlakom, ktoré sú navzájom spolu spojené. Spôsob spočíva v tom, že sa najprv vloží napätý povlak (11) medzi vnútornú zasúvaciu matricu (4) a vonkajšiu matricu (1) otvorenej formy na tvarovanie za tepla pod tlakom, ktorej tvarovacie plochy (2,5) zodpovedajú tvaru vyrábaného predmetu, potom sa povlak (11) predtvarováva aspoň v silne deformovanej oblasti núteným pritláčaním aspoň k časti jednej z tvarovacích plôch (2) a pridržiava sa pri uvedenej oblasti, ďalej sa medzi tvarovacie plochy (2,5) otvorenej formy vloží predhriaty nosný plošný diel (13) a forma sa uzavrie, čím sa uskutoční definitívne tvarovanie vyrábaného predmetu a vytvorí sa spojenie medzi nosným plošným dielom (13) a predtvarovaným dekoračným povlakom (11).
