Claims (12)

Patentni zahtevki Varnostna zapiralna priprava za plinske cevovode z ventilom (2), ki je v zlasti cevastem ohišju (1) pritisljiv proti ventilskemu sedežu (9), pri čemer je ventil (2) kot v osni smeri cevastega ohišja (1) premakljiv krožnikast ventil premakljivo uležajen proti sili vzmeti (5), pri čemer prečna presečna ploskev ventilskega krožnika (7) zasnovana manjše od svetlega prečnega preseka ohišja (1) in držana na odmiku od notranje stene cevastega ohišja (1) in je na proč od vzmeti (5) obrnjeni strani ventilskega krožnika (7) predviden plinski dovodni priključek (20), značilna po tem, da prečna presečna ploskev izstopnega prereza v območju, ki je priključeno ventilskemu sedežu (9), zvezno raste. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po zahtevku 1, značilna po tem, da generatrikse (28) stožčasto razširjajočega se območja oklepajo z osjo (27) kot (β) od 3° do 10°, prednostno 5°. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po zahtevku 1, značilna po tem, da je sedežnim ploskvam (6) ventilskega krožnika (7), na proč od plinskega dovoda (20) obrnjeni strani, priključeno zastopničeno območje (43), ki je predvideno na ventilskem sedežu (7) in ki definira konično razširjajoč se prečni presek. - 8. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 7, značilna po tem, da proč od vzmeti (5) obrnjena čelna ploskev ventilskega krožnika (7) 10 obsega vodilne ploskve (23), zlasti konveksno ukrivljene vodilne ploskve (sl. 5).
- 9. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 8, značilna po tem, da je ventilskemu sedežu sosednje območje (21) ventilskega vretena 15 (11) neposredno priključeno ventilski sedežni ploskvi (6) ventilskega krožnika (7) in se zvezno manjša proti premeru ventilskega vretena.
- 10. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 9, značilna po tem, da ventilski krožnik (7) obsega izvrtino (25) za uhajanje plina in/ali se 20 da sedežno ploskev (6) netesnilno pritisniti na ventilski sedež (9), pri čemer je količina uhajajočega plina držana pod 30 l/h.
- 11. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 10, značilna po tem, da ventilsko vreteno (11) obsega v svoji vzdolžni smeri potekajoča 25 rebra oz. žlebove (29, 30).
- 12. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 11, značilna po tem, da je oz. sta drsna ležaja (3, 4) za ventilsko vreteno (11) zasnovana iz prednostno treh radialnih mostičev (26), ki potekajo v osni smeri 30 ventilskega vretena (11).
- 13. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 12, značilna po tem, da je kot (a), ki ga z osjo (27) oklepajo generatrikse stožčastih 3 sedežnih ploskev (6) ventilskega sedeža (9), izbran obratno sorazmerno tlaku v plinskem dovodu (20).
- 14. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 13, značilna po 5 tem, da je na tisti strani ventilskega krožnika (7), ki je obrnjena k priključku (20) za dovod plina, razporejen filter (33) (sl. 11).
- 15. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 14, značilna po tem, da je vzmet (5) razporejena v poglobitvi (35) ventilskega vretena (11) 10 in da je proč od plinskega dovoda (20) obrnjeni drsni ležaj (4) zasnovan iz na sorniku (36) razporejenega in v votlo ventilsko vreteno (11) prodirajočega vzmetnega krožnika (37) (sl. 13).
- 16. Varnostna zapiralna priprava po zahtevku 15, značilna po tem, da v votlo 15 ventilsko vreteno (11) potisnjen vzmetni krožnik (37) in/ali sornik (36) obsega dušilno mesto med vzmet (5) sprejemajočo poglobitvijo (35) ventilskega vretena (11) in cevovodom (1).
