Abstract
The present invention refers to a plant comprising at least one type of nanocrystal through which the plant emits a specific colour or several colours when exposed to light of a certain wavelength. In another aspect the present invention refers to a method of coloring the outer surface of a plant with at least one type of a nanocrystal. The present invention also refers to a method of coloring the tissue of a plant with at least one type of a nanocrystal.
