Abstract
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RANDOM ACCESS Provided are a method and device for random access, which can implement flexible random access. The method comprises: a first device determining a first basic parameter set used by a first message transmitted in a random access process; and the first device, using the first basic parameter set, sending the first message to a second de-vice, or the first device receiving the first message sent by the second device.
