Abstract

A heat exchanger (18) is incorporated into the hot air unit as is an intake (20) for used air from rooms in the building. A fan (23) moves this air through the heat exchanger to an outlet to the external atmosphere. An intake (19) for fresh air is provided for the heating unit (10) via the heat exchanger together with ambient air. The heat recuperator (17) is fitted in a cabinet together with the hot air unit, and the feeder fan for supply of usage air (7) is with its suction side in flow connection with the heat exchanger of the recuperator via a mixt. chamber (25). In this chamber, a fresh air and air from the ambience are mixed.
