Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement for mounting a lighting fitting 21 in a suspended ceiling 18 which is supported by framework elements 14 with an inverted T-profile. The arrangement has a support rail 2 which is designed to be positioned above the framework elements to support the lighting fitting, and two support elements 3 which are designed to support the support rail and rest on the framework elements. The novelty of the invention is that the support rail 2 and the support elements 3 are made separately and can be connected to one another on mounting. Furthermore, each support element has a number of projections 12, 13 made one above another so as to receive the support rail in such a manner that it can be positioned at different levels above the suspended ceiling 18. <IMAGE>
