Abstract
The arrangement for exhaust gas feedback in an internal combustion engine incorporates an adjustable venturi device (9) for feeding exhaust gases into engine inlet conduit (2). The venturi device includes a fixed venturi housing (8) and a movable venturi insert (10), and, for its adjustment, a pneumatic cylinder (21) activatable in one direction by compressed air and in another direction by a return spring. The pneumatic cylinder is formed so that it can bring the venturi insert to both a distinct intermediate position (10) and to its end position. The invention also includes a suitable internal combustion engine and a method for exhaust gas feedback.
