Abstract
At wind turbine plants the wing efficiency increase with an increased number of wind absorbing blades. At wind power plants with the wing fixing at a central hub, the number of blades are reduced to only a few. By replacing the hub with a relatively wide and closed rotation track including a circular rotation cylinder (10) arranged to run outside a stationary guiding cylinder (12) via intermediated rollers (13, 14) a very large number of radially outwards directed turbine blades (1, 2) can be turnable attached to the rotation cylinder, at which the blades' outer sections or tips are attached, stretched, to a connecting, circular outer bow (27). To the rotation cylinder are also a large number of turbine blades (3, 4) moving inwards turnable attached, at which the inner ends of the blades turnable and stretched are attached to a connecting circular, inner, cylinder shaped ring (30). Sound absorbing liners are placed in the cylinders to reduce the noise from the rotation of the rollers between the cylinders. The energy outlet is made through an electrical generator with the rotor running alongside the rotation cylinder parallel to the stator, which is attached to the guiding cylinder and its attachments, in their turn attached to one or more towers, which are turnably arranged on a firm bedding.
