Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بصفة عامة بعمليات لتخفيض تركيز الماء في نطاق عملية adipic acid. كما يشتمل الاختراع الحالي على عملية لتحويل تيار تغذية يحتوي على glucose مشتق من مصدر carbohydrate إلى منتج adipic acid حيث تشتمل العملية على الخطوات: تحويل glucose في تيار تغذية إلى منتج تفاعل يشتمل على ركيزة substrate نزع hydrodeoxygenation وتركيز أول للماء؛ وتقليل تركيز الماء في منتج التفاعل لإنتاج خام تغذية يشتمل على ركيزة substrate نزع hydrodeoxygenation وتركيز ثاني للماء، حيث يكون التركيز الثاني من الماء أقل من التركيز الأول من الماء؛ و تحويل جزء من ركيزة substrate نزع hydrodeoxygenation في خام التغذية إلى منتج adipic acid . كما يتم الكشف عن عمليات لإنتاج hexamethylene diamine و caprolactam من منتج adipic acid . شكل 1.
