Claims (9)
1. Способ уменьшения общего кислотного числа кислой сырой нефти, включающий контактирование сырой нефти с катализатором гидроочистки при температуре примерно 200 - 370°С в присутствии водородсодержащего обрабатывающего газа, содержащего сероводород, при общем давлении примерно 239 - 13900 кПа и мольном содержании сероводорода в обрабатывающем газе 0,05 - 25.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором катализатором является оксид кобальта/молибдена, оксид никеля/молибдена или оксид никеля/вольфрама на тугоплавком носителе металла.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором тугоплавкий носитель включает оксид кремния, оксид алюминия, оксид титана или их смеси.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором температура составляет 232 - 316°С.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором парциальное давление водорода составляет 446 - 3550 кПа.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором часовая объемная скорость жидкости составляет 0,1 - 10.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором соотношение потоков водород : сырая нефть составляет 5,34 - 266,98 (30 - 1500 scf/В).
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором количество сероводорода в обрабатывающем газе составляет 1 - 15% мольн.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором катализатором является оксид кобальта/молибдена на носителе из оксида алюминия.
