Abstract

FIELD: medicine, curative physical culture. SUBSTANCE: method consists of 30 different specific gymnastic exercises done by patient itself including pelvic ring, spinal column and abdominal muscular pressure to reach in minor pelvis organic conditions necessary for treating and strengthening prostate and urogenital organs as a whole. All exercises are based on flexor and sensor pelvic movements with the following features: dynamic nervous-volitional tension of pelvic musculature (breech muscles, perineum, rectum) and abdominal muscular pressure; pronounced pelvic movements to induce inertial energy as a main source of curative factors in minor pelvis; volitional limitation of inhaled air amount to broaden pelvic blood vessels; psychological procedures directed for improving and strengthening urogenital organs. All these four features act as mechanical energy, as detonator inducing such curative factors as vibration, heat energy, massage effect. EFFECT: for prostatitis prophylaxis and self-improvement of prostate functioning under home conditions.

The purpose of the invention: to provide medical and health facilities the most effective way of physical therapy in the prevention and treatment of chronic prostatitis of the prostate gland. The essence of the invention: to equip the male population of the country with an effective way of therapeutic exercises for the prevention of prostatitis and self-improvement of the functioning of the prostate gland at home. The invention is a method in the form of a complex of specific gymnastic techniques described in 30 different exercises performed personally by the patient with the active participation of the pelvic ring, spinal column and abdominal press and designed to produce in the small pelvis the organic conditions necessary for the treatment and strengthening of the prostate gland , and, in general, the genitourinary organs. All exercises of the method are based on flexion and extensor movements of the pelvis and contain the following features: dynamic neural-volitional tension by the muscles of the pelvic sphere (gluteus, perineum, rectum) and abdominal press;
sharpness of movement of the pelvis, capable of introducing inertial energy into the pelvic cavity, as an important source of therapeutic factors; volitional restriction of the volume of inhaled air in order to expand the blood vessels of the pelvic sphere; psychological techniques focused on improving and strengthening the genitourinary organs. These four distinctive features of the exercises in combination act as mechanical energy, as a detonator, exciting such effective therapeutic factors as vibration, thermal energy, massage effect within the genitourinary organs.
