Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of binding materials, particularly, methods for production of binding agent from phosphogysum and red mud and manufacture on its base of waterproof building products. SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in that the binding agent including calcited mixture of phosphogypsum with red mud is added with additional amount of red mud and zinc water-soluble salts with the following amounts of components, mas.%: calcined mixture, 57.0-89.7; red mud, 10-40; zinc water-soluble salts (in terms of zinc oxide), 0.3-3.0. Red mud is introduced in the process of mortar preparation. The method for production of binding agent and manufacture of building materials provides for performance of the following operations: mixing of phosphogypsum dihydrate with 0.5-5.0 mas.% of red mud; drying and calcination of the mixture; additional introduction into calcined mixture of red mud and zinc water-soluble salts or material containing zinc-water-soluble salts, grinding of binding agent, addition of water, and molding of building products with their subsequent solidification under natural conditions. Additional introduction of additives, in cases when they are moist, is effected in the process of preparation of mortar. EFFECT: provision of manufacture of waterproof building materials with high quality on the base of production wastes.

Изобретение относится к области производства строительных материалов, в частности к технике получения вяжущего из фосфогипса и красного шлама и приготовления на его основе водостойких строительных изделий. Изобретение обеспечивает получение водостойких строительных материалов с высокими показателями качества с использованием отходов производств. Существо изобретения состоит в том, что в вяжущее, включающее обожженную смесь фосфогипса с красным шламом, вводят дополнительно красный шлам и водорастворимые соли цинка при следующем соотношении компонентов,мас.%: обожженная смесь - 57,0-89,7; красный шлам - 10-40; водорастворимые соли цинка (в пересчете на оксид цинка) - 0,3-3,0. Способ получения вяжущего отличается тем, что красный шлам вводят в процесс приготовления строительного раствора. Способ производства вяжущего и изготовления из него строительных материалов предусматривает следующие операции: смешение фосфогипса дигидрата с 0,5-5,0 мас.% красного шлама, сушку и обжиг смеси, дополнительный ввод в обожженную смесь сухого красного шлама и водорастворимых солей цинка или материала, содержашего водорастворимые соли цинка, размол вяжущего, затворение вяжушего, формование строительных изделий с последующим их твердением в естественных условиях. A method for the production of a binder and the manufacture of building materials from it involves the following operations: mixing phosphogypsum dihydrate with 0.5-5.0 wt.% Red mud, drying and calcining the mixture, additionally introducing dry red mud and water-soluble zinc salts or material into the calcined mixture containing water-soluble zinc salts, milling of the binder, mixing of the binder, molding of building products with their subsequent hardening in natural conditions. Additional input of additives, if they are wet, is carried out during the preparation of mortar.
