Abstract

FIELD: instruments for analysis of gas. SUBSTANCE: device has housing which base is made from dielectric material and has rods and inner groove which is shaped as cone and contains crystal of sensitive element. In addition it has slot which is shaped as trapezium, directed to center of recess and contains clamp which follows shape of recess. One end of clamp is beveled and is rested on crystal of sensitive element; another end of clamp and outer side of dielectric base has ring groove in which spring cut ring is located. EFFECT: increased mechanical strength, decreased power consumption.

Технический результат: повышение механической прочности датчика состава газа при минимуме потребляемой электроэнергии. Сущность изобретения: датчик состава газа содержит корпус, основание которого выполнено из диэлектрического материала и содержит штырьковые выводы и имеет внутреннюю проточку конусообразной формы с размещенным в ней кристаллом чувствительного элемента и направленную к центру проточки прорезь трапецеидального сечения с расположенным в ней прижимом, повторяющим форму прорези, один конец которого выполнен скошенным и опирается на кристалл чувствительного элемента, а на другом конце прижима и внешней стороне диэлектрического основания выполнена кольцевая канавка, в которой размещено пружинное разрезное кольцо.Usage: in the field of analysis of the composition of the gas environment, in particular in the mounting structures of the sensors of the gas composition.
