Abstract

FIELD: electric tape drives of sound-recording devices. SUBSTANCE: controlled valve-type electric motor has electromechanical frequency changer with permanent-magnet inductor and armature winding whose coils are connected to output of frequency changer built as voltage inverter, logical control unit, comparators, two groups of integrating circuits, and voltage limiters. Integrating circuits and voltage limiters provide for shaping signals across comparators output of 180 deg, length, spaced 120 deg apart, and symmetrical relative to rotational emf signal. Logical unit actuated by these signals ensures sequential ON/OFF operation of switches in anode and cathode groups of frequency changer to connect armature winding coils to power supply from time to time. Motor is started in synchronous mode. While motor is running, rotational emf is induced in its armature winding coils which speeds up change-over processes of comparators. Motor is switched over to position commutation mode. In speed control mode, control signal applied to additional input of frequency changer is varied depending on load. Integrators connected across inputs of comparators maintain balanced operation of comparators at different control currents relative to rotational emf. EFFECT: reduced pulsations of electromagnetic torque; improved service life of motor.

Использование: в электроприводах лентопротяжных механизмов звукозаписывающих устройств. Сущность: управляемый вентильный электродвигатель содержит электромеханический преобразователь частоты с индуктором на постоянных магнитах и якорной обмоткой, секции которой подключены к выходу преобразователя частоты, выполненного в виде инвертора напряжений, логический блок управления, компараторы, две группы интегрирующих цепей и ограничители напряжений. Интегрирующие цепи и ограничители напряжений обеспечивают формирование на выходе компараторов симметричных относительно сигнала ЭДС с вращения сигналов длительностью 180o и смещенных относительно друг друга на 120o. Под действием этих сигналов логический блок обеспечивает gоочередную коммутацию ключей анодной и катодной групп преобразователя частоты, периодически подключающих секции якорной обмотки к источнику питания. Осуществляется пуск электродвигателя в синхронном режиме. При вращении двигателя в секциях якорной обмотки наводится ЭДС вращения, ускоряющая процессы переключения компараторов. Двигатель переводится в режим коммутация по положению. В режиме стабилизации частоты вращения в зависимости от нагрузки изменяю сигнал управления, подаваемый на дополнительный вход преобразователя частоты. Включение интеграторов на входы компараторов позволяет сохранить симметричное срабатывание компараторов при разных токах управления относительно сигнала ЭДС вращения. В результате снижаются пульсации электромагнитного момента, детонация и повышается ресурс электродвигателя.Usage: in electric drives tape drives sound recording devices. The engine is switched to position switching mode. In the speed stabilization mode, depending on the load, I change the control signal supplied to the additional input of the frequency converter. The inclusion of integrators on the inputs of the comparators allows you to save the symmetrical response of the comparators at different control currents relative to the signal of rotation EMF. As a result, pulsations of the electromagnetic moment, detonation are reduced and the resource of the electric motor is increased.
