Description

The utility model relates to the field of firearms with a folding butt and is intended to prevent the firing of a shot until the butt is put into a combat position.

A well-known automatic fuse for US rifle-loading rifles (see French application J 2185783, M.cl. G41C17 / 02), designed to prevent the trigger from working while the chamber is completely tightly closed by the shutter.

However, the device is applicable for a fixed butt.

The famous Kalashnikov assault rifle with a folding butt (see, Manual on a small business. Vol. 2, amend. Supplementary Military Publishing House. M, 1964, p., Fig. 30), containing a receiver, articulated mounted on it, stock lock and trigger with trigger.

The Kalashnikov assault rifle is a military weapon, its design provides firing in any position of the butt.

However, in accordance with the Law on the Arms of the Russian Federation for civilian models with folding butt, a requirement was introduced to exclude the possibility of firing a shot when folding or separating the butt.
