Abstract
Description

The invention relates to the field of traditional medicine.
2 Disclosure of the invention
Bladder-ureter reflux (PMR) is one of the most common lower urinary tract diseases in children. In recent years, an increasing number of urologists have come to the conclusion that MTCT is one of the most frequent forms of urodynamic disorders and the development of chronic pyelonephritis in children (35-68%). It was established [1, 2] that PMR is diagnosed in 49% of children under 1 year of age, 29% in the period from 1 to 12 years, and only 4.4% in older children. A decrease in the frequency of MTCT in older children is associated with the formation of an antireflux mechanism, and primarily with an increase in the length of the intramural ureter.
PMR has long attracted the attention of many researchers. As early as 1883, W. Semblinon experimentally created a rabbit reflux model. In 1893, M. Pozzi first reported that he observed PMR in humans. More than 80 methods of operations have been proposed, but there are still no highly effective methods of treating this disease. Postoperative relapses are observed in 20% of cases.
The proposed antireflux valve is mechanical, similar to heart valves. It can also be installed in the urethra of a woman with urinary incontinence.
The purpose of the antireflux valve is to prevent the return of urine from the cavity of the bladder into the upper urinary tract and the normalization of the pathologically expanded ureter and renal pelvis.
The antireflux valve (Figure 1) is intended for surgical treatment of children with congenital diseases of vesicoureteral reflux of 3 ... 5 degrees, megaureter and postoperative relapse according to the method of Cohen, Leach-Gregoire, Politano-Ledbetter and Barry, including a sleeve with a smaller diameter. A sleeve with a large diameter is put on it with a petal made of silver, placed on the end of the antireflux valve, facing the bladder and secured with a loop. A spring made of beryllium bronze, made with the possibility of regulation to open the valve, taking into account the age of the patient and fixed between the sleeve with a smaller diameter and the lobe using hooks. A sleeve with a smaller diameter is made with the possibility of installation in the distal end of the ureter, and a sleeve with a large diameter - with the possibility of installation in the wall of the bladder with suturing through 8 holes. department w.
Operation - implantation of a mechanical antireflux valve consists of installing it in the cavity of the distal portion of the mobilized ureter with suturing between the ureter and the bladder wall with 4 ligatures (threads), previously made from 8
It is well known that when the pressure inside the bladder reaches 15 mm. water, there is a urge to urinate. The spring must be regulated, depending on the age of the patient, from 5 to 20 mm. water column
3 Brief description of the drawing (characteristic)
8The antireflux valve consists of a sleeve 1 4 mm high with a large diameter of 10.5 mm, 1 mm thick and 8 holes 1.5 mm in diameter, worn on a
