Description

The present invention relates to methods used in trade (retail, wholesale, etc.), in particular, to a method of making payments for goods and / or services (in stores, retail outlets, etc.), using cash registers (CCP) using software (software) of the instant messaging system and files (audio, video, etc.) (messenger).

Currently, various types of software are actively used in trade, including cash services, social networks that have a fairly wide functionality: the ability to notify customers about promotions and news of the organization, newsletters, create catalogs of store goods, automate online orders, upload information into customer relationship management (CRM) systems to analyze existing or potential customers; customer information support, collection and analysis of a database of existing or potential customers, etc.

There is a known method of making payments through social networks, which includes the following steps:

- receive a command for payments from the user through the network interface;

- offer, through a social network application that has access to a social network, the user to appoint a friend to receive payment based on the user's connection with a friend in the database of users of the social network;

- offer, through the application of the social network, the user to assign a funding source for the payment; requesting, through the application of the social network, the payment amount from the user; accept payment from the user;

The disadvantages of the known solutions are:

- the lack of the possibility of fiscalization (printing of a cash register receipt) of the payment on the cash register;

- lack of infrastructure for interaction with other external systems through the API ("NSTsPRT", "EGAIS", FSIS "Mercury", etc.).

- lack of information support for clients, collection and analysis of a database of existing or potential clients;

- lack of infrastructure for interaction with other external systems through the API ("NSTsPRT", "EGAIS", FSIS "Mercury", etc.).

Messengers, as systems of instant messaging and files (audio, video, etc.) that allow you to communicate with a customer in a dialogue mode, including using "chat bots", are an effective tool for marketing support and sales for retail outlets, stores, organizations of large and small retail and other organizations trading in goods and / or services. The ability to integrate instant messaging systems with CRM systems, the availability of complete information about the range of goods and / or services, available discounts, promotions, bonuses, etc., allow you to effectively use instant messengers, both for online and offline ordering and shopping.

The claimed invention is aimed at creating a method for carrying out a payment transaction using specialized software for instant messaging and files (audio, video, etc.) - a messenger, ensuring the fiscalization of order documents and payment transactions (transactions) - creating a cash register receipt on a cash register.

The technical result consists in creating a simple and affordable tool for the sale of goods and services using instant messaging systems, providing the ability to safely conduct a payment transaction with payment fiscalization.

The technical result is achieved in that the method of carrying out a payment transaction using the software of instant messaging and file systems includes the following steps: generating on the user device a request containing the search criteria for a product and / or service; transmission by means of software of instant messaging systems and files of a request to the seller's server; generating data on the seller's server identifying the product and / or service and transferring them to the user device; formation on the user device of a list of selected goods and / or services for placing an order and making a purchase; sending the list of goods and / or services to the payment unit; making a payment with the subsequent sending of data to the cash register equipment, where a cash register receipt is generated and the payment data is stored in the fiscal data storage for their subsequent transfer to the fiscal data operator.

The claimed invention is based on the method of interaction of various software complexes of the user's workplace through the messenger software installed at the user's workplace.

The user can be either the operator (cashier) of the cash register, or the buyer directly, who turns to self-service systems - in stores, retail outlets, etc. or outside them - through the messenger application.

The user's workplace is provided with a user device in the form of a personal computer or mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.), with the messenger software installed on it.

Messenger, as a system of instant messaging and files (audio, video, etc.) is software installed at the user's workplace (for example: "Telegram", "Viber", "WhatsApp", "Skype" or analogs) and uses it the ability to create a range of goods and / or services, including reporting to external systems via API programming interfaces (http, https or analogs).

The user device may include a processor, display, input means (keyboard, touch screen, etc.), and communication means. An application is installed on the user's device - the messenger software.

The server of the instant messaging system (messenger) can include a processor, a communication module, a memory and can transmit user messages to an external device, receive messages from an external device and store them in the device memory. The server of the instant messaging system can interact with the server of the operator (cashier) of the KKT, sending requests and receiving answers on the nomenclature of goods and / or services.

The method performs the initial formation of databases, including information about the nomenclature of goods and / or services using a server. The nomenclature is entered and stored in databases in manual mode and / or using software for bar-coding systems and / or software for marking and / or systems for automatically receiving bar codes from external systems through application programming interfaces (API) and / or using software messenger.

Implementation of the invention

The buyer, having chosen the product (s) and / or service (s) of interest to him, applies to the operator (cashier) of the cash register or to self-service systems (in stores, retail outlets, etc.) or to the application of the instant messaging system and files (audio, video, etc.) - to the messenger, to place an order and make a purchase.

The user (buyer / operator of KKT) logs into the software application through the user interface by entering the identifier (ID or phone number, etc.) and password (SMS code, etc.) of the user account or in the automatic login mode.

The user (buyer / operator (cashier) of the cash register) searches for goods (s) and / or services (s), using the messenger software installed at the workplace - the user's personal computer or mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) by sending a query to the databases stored on the server. Next, the user sends the list of goods and / or services generated on the user device to the input of the payment unit using the software interface of the messenger software.
