The use of the classic registration number does not provide 100% identification of the vehicle for a simple reason - the dirt adhering to it does not make it possible to capture reliable information using video cameras.

As an analogue, you can consider the classic registration number of the vehicle for which there is an appropriate standard (State standard of the Russian Federation. GOST R 50577-93. A sealed volume 5 with a table 1 is installed with a recess in the car body 10, forming a single streamlined body (Fig. 4).

Such registration number will contain a panel with identification information, the light source is always, in all weather conditions, in a clean state. The presence of a wiper 6 and a transparent screen 3 will allow video cameras to easily read identification information from the display 1.

The step 8 illuminates the identification information and does not allow direct light sources to enter the camcorder. Reflector 9 provides better illumination of identification information.
