Известна конструкция складывания приклада, применяющаяся в израильском автомате "Галил", имеющая ось поворота приклада, фиксирующую пружину и запирающий клиновый зуб, западающий в паз затылочной части коробки (затыльника) и предотвращающий поворот приклада в разложенном состоянии (Крис Бишоп. "Стрелковое оружие", "Омега", издание на русском языке, 2001 г., стр.61-62).
