In addition to its beneficial effects on the human body, including vitamin D metabolism and melanin synthesis, ultraviolet radiation also has a well-known negative effect, leading to skin erythema, skin aging (in particular, premature wrinkling) and the risk of skin malignancies. UV radiation activates signal transduction processes involving protein kinases and transcription factors, the release of cytokines, the formation of arachidonic acid (AK) and its metabolites, oxidative stress and, ultimately, DNA damage. Under the influence of UV radiation, keratinocytes are activated and many cellular metabolic processes change, such as the release of AK and its metabolites from the membranes and the formation of peroxidation products. It was found that the amount of AK released under the action of UV radiation affects the formation of prostaglandin E ₂ , one of the chemical mediators of erythema, and is closely associated with oxidative stress. To prevent the harmful effects of UV radiation on the skin, use sunscreens that absorb and / or scatter UV rays, preventing them from reaching the epidermis or dermis.

The modern cosmetic industry has a wide arsenal of UV filters and auxiliary ingredients, the inclusion of which in the formulation allows not only to protect the skin from direct exposure to UV light, but also to soften or even prevent the development of side effects (antioxidants, vitamins, emollients, anti-inflammatory agents, moisturizing components ) And at the same time, there is a definite need for new materials to protect the skin and / or to prevent UV-induced photodamage of the skin, providing a safer and more durable application.

It has been proven that water-alcohol extract of peach blossoms (Prunus persica) can protect DNA from the damaging effects of UV radiation. It suppresses lipid peroxidation under the influence of UV radiation [1].

In order to reduce the daily effects of damaging factors on the skin, to which it has to constantly adapt, you need to use protective cosmetics. Emollients are selected from the group consisting of: cetearyl isononanoate, octyldodecanol, octyl stearate, dicapryl ether, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate.

Octyl dodecanol and octyl stearate - have medium spreadability, are universal, stabilize hydrolysis in both acidic and alkaline environments.

Dicapril ether - stabilizes hydrolysis in an acidic and alkaline environment, easily penetrates the skin, without making it rough.

Pentaerythritol tetraisostearate is an effective non-sticky emollient that creates a comfortable skin condition. Refers to medium flowing emollients that allow the skin to breathe.

The spreadability of the oil components largely determines the sensory characteristics of the sunscreen emulsion, as well as the nature of the distribution of UV filters on the skin surface. Cosmetic emollients are divided into slow, medium and fast flowing.

If a cosmetic emulsion contains only rapidly spreading emollients, a pleasant sensation of softness and smoothness arises very quickly, but also remains for a short time and is soon replaced by a less pleasant sensation - the skin feels rubbed with wax and loses smoothness, its resistance to abrasion increases due to the already existing surface not emollients, but viscosity regulators.

In contrast, slow-flowing fat-soluble UV filters leave a less pronounced feeling of smoothness, but it remains virtually unchanged for a long period of time. It is recommended to combine slow-spreading UV filters with emollients with medium and fast flowability, as a result of which the authors achieve the effect of the so-called distribution cascade, which allows to maintain a longer sense of smoothness.

Dietary supplements are selected from the group consisting of cocoa butter, shea butter, avocado, peach, water-alcohol chamomile flower extract or water-alcohol-glycerin chamomile flower extract, or chamomile flower extract in propylene glycol, hydrolyzed soy protein, plankton extract, vitamin E, phytosterol sulfate.

Cocoa butter contains: palmitic acid - 23-25%, stearic acid - 31-34.5%, oleic acid - 39-43%, linoleic acid - 2%. It has a healing and tonic effect due to the presence of methylxanthine, caffeine, tannins. In cosmetics, it is used as an integral component of creams, lipsticks, anti-cellulite creams [4]. The fusibility of cocoa butter is a valuable property, as it contributes to the creation of creams of the desired consistency.

Shea butter (Shea butter - Butyrospermum parkii) is a cream-colored granular oil consisting mainly of triglycerides (up to 80%) and unsaponifiable fats (up to 17%).

Unsaponifiable fats, which are part of shea butter, exhibit regenerative properties, affecting collagen synthesis. In addition, they have the properties of UV filters. Triglycerides, which contain essential fatty acids, have a plasticizing effect and affect the barrier properties of the skin.

Shea butter is well distributed and quickly absorbed into the skin, leaving a pleasant feeling of smoothness on the skin and softens it.

Shea butter is a versatile active ingredient with an excellent emollient and moisturizing effect and the ability to slow down aging.

The use of shea butter as a carrier for active ingredients can facilitate their delivery to deeper layers of the skin [5].

Avocado oil is the product of pressing or extracting dried avocado fruits. The composition of the oil includes oleic (up to 60%), palmitic (25%), linoleic (6%) acids, a small amount of myristic, stearic, linolenic acids. The unsaponifiable part of the oil contains vitamins A, C, D, E, K, PP, B vitamins, as well as phytosterols, salts of phosphoric acid, squalene, trace elements. The oil is resistant to rancidity, easily and quickly absorbed by the skin, does not cause irritation. In cosmetic preparations, it is used in clarified form [6].

The preparation of the “Diamond” lifting cream for dry and sensitive skin is carried out according to the following technology:

A mixture of PEG-100 stearate and glycerol monostearate in a ratio of 1: 1, high molecular weight alcohols, cosmetic stearin, shea butter, glyceryl oleate, cocoa butter, a mixture of octyl methoxy cinnamate, butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane and octyl salicylate: 1 in a 1 ratio of 1 a solution of vitamin E and heated to a temperature of 75-80 ° C.

Water, carbopol are charged into the reactor and heated to a temperature of 30 ° C. Mix until complete dissolution of carbopol in water. Then glycerin, Trilon B, Polysorbate-60, aluminum starch, octenyl succinate are added to the reactor, and they are heated with stirring to a temperature of 70-75 ° C.

When this temperature is reached, molten fatty raw materials are fed into the reactor from the preparatory boiler, allantoin, avocado oil, peach oil, dicapryl ether, octyldodecanol, octyl stearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, cyclomethicone, phytosterol sulfate and isopropylpropyl palmitate are added.

Emulsification of the cream is carried out at a temperature of 75-80 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Cooling is turned on, and a solution of triethanolamine is added at a temperature of 60-65 ° C, then plant extracts and plankton extract are charged as cooling.

When cooled to a temperature of 45-30 ° C, triethanolamine, chamomile flower extract, plankton extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, bronopol, perfume composition are loaded.

The “Diamond” lifting cream for dry and sensitive skin, created on the basis of a unique combination of active substances, rejuvenates the skin, removing fine lines and strengthening facial contours.

Introduced into the cream:

- cocoa butter, shea butter, avocado, peach make up for the lack of lipids in dry and sensitive skin;

- hydrolyzed soy protein restores the skin's water balance;

- phytosterol sulfate is directly involved in cellular metabolism;

- plankton extract and vitamin E give cells vitality and strength;

- UV filters, along with soy protein, shea butter and peach oil, protect the skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays and aggressive environments.

Apply “Diamond” lifting cream for dry and sensitive skin in the morning and / or in the evening, after cleansing your face with “Diamond” cleansing milk. To achieve the best result, lifting cream is recommended to be used in combination with “Diamond” eye cream.
