Description

 The invention relates to the technology of knitwear production.

 As a prototype, the selected method of knitting culinary knitwear on a flat knitting machine as the closest of the known technical solutions.

 The essence of this method lies in the fact that the filament is laid with thread guides on the needles of each needle bar behind the backs of the needles of the other needle bar to form two single weave fabrics and connecting threads for the hooks of the needles of both needle bars with thread guides installed in the joining sections of the sheets.

The disadvantages of this method are:
1. Soil strands with an appropriate number of thread guides installed sequentially behind the backs of the needles of the opposite needle bed (side) are laid on groups of needles, which increases the length of the knitting system.

 2. The connection of the fabrics with connecting threads is carried out by yarn guides installed according to the number of needle groups, which leads to a complication of the knitting process as a whole.

 The task is achieved in that in one stroke of the knitting mechanism, the needles of both needle beds are divided into groups of needles and soil and connecting threads are laid on the needles of each group to connect the looped rows with thread guides installed according to the number of needle groups, soil threads are laid on one needle group with side thread guides installed behind the backs of opposing needles, and central thread guides equidistant from the axis of symmetry passing along the throat of the machine, while on another group of needles the threads are laid with the implementation of the preemptive pres Hovhan rod or by a connecting thread, wherein the hinge connection is performed rows knitted yarns laid at a central yarn guide needle mounted in the throat of crossed needles, then paving selected needle thread side yarn guide.

Odd needles 1/2 /, I-1, -3 form their loops from soil strings 7 and 8, which are located between the loops of even needles, in the aggregate weaving of the derived surface is formed.

 In the presence of broaches from soil threads 3 and 4 lying on the rods of odd needles, the pressing operation is carried out by means of these broaches or preemptive pressing is performed by means of a bar 11.

 To strengthen the seam (Fig. 4), the central thread guide 12 lay the connecting thread 13 on even needles 2I-2, -4, 1I-2, -4, which for odd needles 1I-1, -3, 2I-1, -3 performs the function of pre-pressing, then the central thread 14 is laid with a connecting thread 15 to form loops of odd-needle webs.

 A method of knitting knitwear knitted on a flat knitting machine, in which, in one stroke of the knitting mechanism, the needles of both needle beds are divided into groups of needles and the soil and connecting threads are laid on the needles of each group to connect the stitch rows with thread guides installed according to the number of needle groups, characterized in that the soil threads laid on one group of needles with side thread guides installed behind the backs of opposite needles and central thread guides equidistant from the axis of symmetry passing along the throat of the machine, while on another the yarn needle yarn is laid with the process of pre-emptive pressing by means of a bar or connecting thread, moreover, the knitting rows of knitwear are connected with threads laid on the needles by the central thread guides installed in the throat of the crossed needles, then the threads are laid on the selected needles with side thread guides.
