Abstract

FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: smoker-oven has casing composed of vertical telescopic sections, flue positioned under detachable vertical partition wall, which divides smoker-oven into two chambers. In case smoker-oven is free from partition wall, flue is connected with upper section provided with rotary supports. Pots are mounted on horizontal wall of upper section so that they may be moved into smaller lower section equipped with fire grate and door. Smoker-oven is made mobile and collapsible and may operate in smoking and cooking modes allowing food to be prepared simultaneously in several pots. Description

 The invention relates to household appliances, in particular to mobile camping smokehouses and kitchens.

 Known smokehouse designed for fishermen, hunters, tourists and sensors (description of French patent FR 21818080 A), including a housing with a lid, a pallet and devices for accommodating cooked products.

 However, the device is not intended for boiling water and requires an electric heater, i.e. The device is not intended for traveling conditions.

 The technical result from the use of the invention is to improve the usability of the smokehouse-stove.

 This is achieved by the fact that the housing of the smokehouse-stove is made of vertically arranged sections with supports, a grate, a pan and a chimney, the upper of the sections is equipped with swivel supports, the horizontal wall of the upper section is made with openings for bowlers that are closed by means of covers and can be inserted during transportation into the lower section, the said section is equipped with a grate and a door, while the smokehouse is equipped with a horizontal partition.

 The smokehouse-stove consists of an upper section 1 having a horizontal wall, two intermediate sections 2 and a lower section 3 having a grate (perforated) grate 4. The lower section has a door 5 through which fuel is loaded and ignited. In the upper horizontal section there are openings into which the pots 6 are installed in the kettles during heating, closed by covers 7. The upper and one of the intermediate sections have openings for the chimney 8, one of which is closed by a plug 9. In the smoking mode, a removable partition is installed in the device 10, on which sawdust 11 of non-resinous tree species is poured. A pan 12 is placed on the partition to collect fat, above which gratings 13 are installed for laying the processed product.

 In smoking mode, the device operates as follows (figure 1).

 Through the door 5 of the lower section 3, fuel is loaded and set on fire, the combustion products of which are removed through a chimney 8 located below the removable partition 10. The flame heats the removable partition 10, and sawdust 11 begins to smoke. The product is placed on the grates 13, and fat and moisture accumulate in the pan 12. At the same time, the landing holes for the bowlers on the horizontal part of the upper section are closed with covers 7 of the bowlers. The chimney hole in the upper section is closed with a plug 9.

 In the operation mode of the water heating device in tourist boilers (Fig. 2), all internal devices are removed through the removable wall of the upper section 1, into the openings of which the kettles are installed 6. The chimney 8 is installed on the upper section 1, and in the intermediate section they are closed with a plug 9. Fire, as in the first case, it is bred in the lower section 3. Air is supplied through the grate (perforated) grate 4.

 To transfer the smokehouse-stove to the "transportation" mode (Fig. 3), the pots and the pallet through the door 5 are loaded into the lower section 3. The removable grill 13 is shifted to zero vertical clearance and left to lie on the upper flange of the intermediate section 2. On the other intermediate section 2 in the same way, there is a removable partition 10. After that, all sections of the smokehouse-stove are telescopically inserted into one another, and the rotary supports 14 are deployed to a horizontal position (Fig. 3).

 Thus, the smokehouse-stove, able to smoke or cook food in pots, fits during transportation to the upper section 1.

 The number of grids 13, pots 6 and intermediate sections 2 is not limited. Also, the location of the removable partition 10 is not specified. The number and location of these elements depends on the specific design parameters of the smokehouse-stove.

 A smokehouse-furnace containing a housing made of vertically arranged sections with supports, a grill, a tray and a chimney, characterized in that the supports are rotatable and connected to the upper section, the horizontal wall of the upper section is made with openings for bowlers that can be closed by means of covers and can be inserted when transporting to the lower section, the said section is equipped with a grate and a door, while the smokehouse is equipped with a removable horizontal partition.
