Claims (27)
1. Грязе- и маслоотталкивающее изделие, включающее:
основу;
порошковое покрытие, имеющее верхнюю поверхность, противолежащую нижней поверхности, причем нижняя поверхность обращена к основе;
где порошковое покрытие образовано из композиции предшественника, содержащего смесь полимерного связующего, сшивающего агента, анионогенного фторсодержащего поверхностно-активного вещества и воды;
где полимерное связующее практически не содержит полимера PVDF; и
где анионогенное фторсодержащее поверхностно-активное вещество присутствует в количестве от около 13 до около 15% в расчете на общую массу композиции предшественника.
2. Изделие по п. 1, где полимерное связующее выбрано из полиэфирной смолы, полиуретановой смолы, эпоксидной смолы и полиэфируретанакрилатной смолы.
3. Изделие по п. 2, где полимерное связующее имеет температуру стеклования в диапазоне от около 45°C до около 80°C.
4. Изделие по п. 1, где сшивающий агент выбран из полиольных соединений, соединений поликарбоновой кислоты, полиизоцианатных соединений и эпоксифункциональных соединений.
5. Изделие по п. 1, где композиция предшественника содержит борат металла.
6. Изделие по п. 5, где композиция предшественника содержит серосодержащий бензимидазол.
7. Изделие по п. 6, где борат металла и серосодержащий бензимидазол присутствуют при массовом отношении в диапазоне от приблизительно 75:1 до приблизительно 10:1.
8. Способ формирования грязе- и маслоотталкивающего изделия, включающий:
a) изготовление смешением композиции, включающей полимерное связующее, содержащее полимерную смолу; сшивающий агент; анионогенное фторсодержащее поверхностно-активное вещество; и воду,
b) сушку композиции с формированием смеси предшественника порошкового покрытия, которая практически не содержит жидкого носителя,
c) нанесение смеси предшественника порошкового покрытия на основу, и
d) отверждение смеси предшественника порошкового покрытия с формированием грязеотталкивающего изделия,
где смешение на стадии a) проводят при температуре ниже температуры плавления анионогенного поверхностно-активного вещества и полимерного связующего.
9. Способ по п. 8, где композиция дополнительно содержит борат металла, серосодержащий бензимидазол или их комбинацию.
10. Способ формирования грязеотталкивающего изделия, включающий:
a) перемешивание композиции предшественника порошкового покрытия, включающей жидкий носитель, анионогенное фторсодержащее поверхностно-активное вещество, сшивающий агент и полимерное связующее, причем полимерное связующее содержит полимерную смолу, в течение первого периода времени, затем приостановку перемешивания смеси в течение второго периода времени с завершением цикла перемешивания,
b) повторение цикла перемешивания, и
c) нанесение композиции предшественника порошкового покрытия на основу; и отверждение композиции предшественника порошкового покрытия с формированием грязеотталкивающей панели;
d) сушку смеси с формированием смеси предшественника порошкового покрытия, который практически не содержит жидкого носителя,
где отношение первого периода времени ко второму периоду времени находится в диапазоне от приблизительно 1:1 до приблизительно 1:20;
где анионогенное фторсодержащее поверхностно-активное вещество присутствует в количестве от около 13 до около 15% в расчете на общую массу композиции предшественника; и
где полимерное связующее практически не содержит полимера PVDF.
