Claims (28)
1. Клеевая композиция на основе растворителя, содержащая:
(А) полиэфируретановую смолу;
(Б) сложное полиэфирное соединение с концевыми эпоксидными группами;
(В) фосфорную кислоту; и
(Г) алифатический изоцианатный отвердитель.
2. Клеевая композиция на основе растворителя по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиэфируретановая смола представляет собой продукт реакции сложного полиэфирполиола и изоцианата.
3. Клеевая композиция на основе растворителя по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиэфируретановая смола составляет от 65 до 99,5 мас.% от общей массы полиэфируретановой смолы (А), полиэфирного соединения с концевыми эпоксидными группами (Б) и фосфорной кислоты (В).
4. Клеевая композиция на основе растворителя по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиэфирное соединение с концевыми эпоксидными группами составляет от 0,5 до 35 мас.% от общей массы полиэфируретановой смолы (А), полиэфирного соединения с концевыми эпоксидными группами (Б) и фосфорной кислоты (В).
5. Клеевая композиция на основе растворителя по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиэфирное соединение с концевыми эпоксидными группами имеет структуру (I):

где, G- имеет структуру (III):

где, J равен от 0 до 5, -R2- представляет собой двухвалентную органическую группу, R21-представляет собой двухвалентную алкильную группу, и -R22- представляет собой двухвалентную алкильную группу.
6. Клеевая композиция на основе растворителя по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что фосфорная кислота составляет от 0,01 до 0,4 мас.% от общей массы полиэфируретановой смолы (А), полиэфирного соединения с концевыми эпоксидными группами (Б) и фосфорной кислоты (В).
7. Клеевая композиция на основе растворителя по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая растворитель.
8. Способ получения клеевой композиции на основе растворителя, включающий:
получение полиэфируретановой смолы;
получение полиэфирного соединения с концевыми эпоксидными группами;
смешивание полиэфируретановой смолы, полиэфирного соединения с концевыми эпоксидными группами и фосфорной кислоты с образованием смоляной смеси;
разбавление смоляной смеси растворителем с образованием разбавленной смоляной смеси с содержанием твердого вещества от 25 до 55 мас.% от общей массы разбавленной смоляной смеси; и
отверждение разбавленной смоляной смеси алифатическим изоцианатным отвердителем при соотношении компонентов смеси (массовых частей смоляной смеси до разбавления : массовых частей алифатического изоцианатного отвердителя) от 100:1 до 100:12.
9. Способ получения клеевой композиции на основе растворителя по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что разбавленная смоляная смесь характеризуется содержанием твердого вещества при нанесении от 35 до 40 процентов массовых от общей массы разбавленной смоляной смеси.
10. Многослойная структура, содержащая клеевую композицию по п.1.
