Claims (24)
1. Сборка головки детонатора, содержащая:
корпус, имеющий первый торец и второй торец, а также канал, проходящий между ними, при этом указанный корпус выполнен для герметизации деталей, расположенных ниже сборки головки детонатора внутри скважинного инструмента, и способен выдерживать давление, составляющее по меньшей мере около 20000 фунтов на квадратный дюйм (137,9 МПа); и
электрическую контактную составляющую, проходящую через канал корпуса таким образом, что по меньшей мере часть данной электрической контактной составляющей выполнена с возможностью вращения вокруг своей оси, при этом электрическая контактная составляющая выполнена с возможностью электрической проводимости и подачи электрического сигнала.
2. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что электрическая контактная составляющая содержит один или более контакторов, проводное соединение или их комбинации.
3. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что электрическая контактная составляющая содержит множество контакторов, при этом по меньшей мере один из контакторов расположен с возможностью скольжения внутри канала корпуса.
4. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что электрическая контактная составляющая дополнительно содержит центральную часть, расположенную внутри канала корпуса, и множество смещающих элементов, прилегающих к центральной части, и, кроме того, каждый из указанных смещающих элементов прилегает по меньшей мере к одному из контакторов.
5. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что множество смещающих элементов содержит первый смещающий элемент и второй смещающий элемент и, кроме того, первый смещающий элемент расположен внутри канала в первой части корпуса, а второй смещающий элемент расположен внутри канала во второй части корпуса.
6. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что множество контакторов содержит первый контактор и второй контактор, при этом первый контактор прилегает к первому смещающему элементу, а второй контактор прилегает ко второму смещающему элементу.
7. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один из первого контактора и второго контактора жестко соединен с первым смещающим элементом и вторым смещающим элементом, соответственно.
8. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что первый контактор выполнен с возможностью подключения к проводному электрическому соединению, а второй контактор выполнен с возможностью беспроводного электрического соединения с электрическим контактом.
9. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что первый контактор выполнен с возможностью подключения к проводному электрическому соединению, а второй контактор выполнен с возможностью беспроводного электрического соединения с электрическим контактом инициатора.
10. Сборка головки детонатора по любому из п.п. 5-7, отличающаяся тем, что канал содержит торцевую часть канала, проходящую через каждую из: первую часть корпуса и вторую часть корпуса, при этом торцевая часть канала имеет меньший радиус, чем средняя часть канала.
11. Сборка головки детонатора по любому из п.п. 1-7, отличающаяся тем, что каждый из множества контакторов содержит корпус контактора и головку контактора, выступающую из корпуса контактора.
12. Сборка головки детонатора по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что каждый из множества контакторов содержит корпус контактора и головку контактора, выступающую из корпуса контактора, а внешний диаметр головки контактора имеет такой размер, чтобы она могла проскальзывать внутрь средней части канала корпуса.
13. Скважинный инструмент, содержащий:
последовательный уплотняющий переходник и
сборку головки детонатора, выполненную с возможностью размещения внутри последовательного уплотняющего переходника, а также герметизации деталей, расположенных ниже сборки головки детонатора внутри скважинного инструмента, и способности выдерживать давление, составляющее по меньшей мере около 20000 фунтов на квадратный дюйм (137,9 МПа), при этом сборка головки детонатора содержит:
корпус, имеющий первый торец и второй торец, а также канал, проходящий между ними, и
электрическую контактную составляющую, проходящую через корпус таким образом, что по меньшей мере часть данной электрической контактной составляющей выполнена с возможностью вращения вокруг своей оси, при этом электрическая контактная составляющая выполнена с возможностью электрической проводимости и подачи электрического сигнала.
14. Скважинный инструмент по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что электрическая контактная составляющая сборки головки детонатора содержит множество контакторов и по меньшей мере один из контакторов расположен с возможностью скольжения внутри канала корпуса.
15. Скважинный инструмент по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что сборка головки детонатора дополнительно содержит центральную часть, расположенную по центру внутри канала корпуса, и множество смещающих элементов, прилегающих к центральной части, при этом множество смещающих элементов содержит первый смещающий элемент, расположенный внутри канала в первой части корпуса, и второй смещающий элемент, расположенный внутри канала во второй части корпуса, и при этом множество контакторов содержит первый контактор, прилегающий к концу первого смещающего элемента напротив центральной части, и второй контактор, прилегающий к концу второго смещающего элемента напротив центральной части.
16. Скважинный инструмент по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что первый контактор выполнен с возможностью подключения к проводному электрическому соединению, а второй контактор выполнен с возможностью беспроводного электрического соединения с электрическим контактом инициатора.
17. Скважинный инструмент по п. 15 или 16, отличающийся тем, что канал содержит торцевую часть канала, проходящую через каждую из: первую часть корпуса и вторую часть корпуса, при этом торцевая часть канала имеет меньший радиус, чем средняя часть канала.
18. Скважинный инструмент по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что каждый из множества контакторов содержит корпус контактора и головку контактора, выступающую из корпуса контактора, а внешний диаметр головки контактора имеет такой размер, чтобы она могла проскальзывать внутрь средней части канала корпуса.
