Claims (33)
1. Способ изготовления шины для сельскохозяйственной техники, включающий:
получение листа компаунда протектора невулканизированной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники;
формирование по меньшей мере одного интегрированного грунтозацепа на листе компаунда протектора невулканизированной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники с помощью по меньшей мере одного валка;
помещение листа компаунда протектора невулканизированной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники на невулканизированный каркас;
помещение компаунда протектора невулканизированной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники и невулканизированного каркаса в пресс-форму для шин для сельскохозяйственной техники;
вулканизация протектора невулканизированной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники и невулканизированного каркаса; и
извлечение вулканизованной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники из пресс-формы.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором получение листа компаунда протектора шины для сельскохозяйственной техники включает в себя экструзию каучука с получением листа компаунда протектора невулканизированной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором при формировании по меньшей мере одного интегрированного грунтозацепа на листе протектора невулканизированной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники используют вакуумметрическое давление.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере один валок представляет собой цилиндрический валок с рисунком протектора.
5. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий приложение усилия к листу компаунда протектора шины для сельскохозяйственной техники и невулканизированному каркасу после помещения листа компаунда протектора невулканизированной шины для сельскохозяйственной техники на невулканизированный каркас.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором помещение листа компаунда протектора шины для сельскохозяйственной техники и невулканизированного каркаса в пресс-форму шины для сельскохозяйственной техники включает в себя выравнивание листа компаунда протектора шины для сельскохозяйственной техники с по меньшей мере одним соответствующим элементом пресс-формы.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором вулканизация протектора шины для сельскохозяйственной техники и невулканизированного каркаса требует не более 240 минут.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором этапу формования предшествует этап помещения.
9. Способ изготовления шины, включающий этапы:
получения невулканизированной шины, причем невулканизированная шина содержит по меньшей мере каркас и протектор;
наложения невулканизированной шины на матрицу протектора;
приложения давления к матрице протектора для по меньшей мере частичного придания невулканизированной шине кольцевого профиля; и
вулканизации невулканизированной шины с получением вулканизированной шины.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором этап приложения давления к матрице протектора осуществляют с помощью изогнутой штамповочной пластины.
11. Способ по п. 9, в котором этап приложения давления к матрице протектора предшествует этапу получения невулканизированной шины.
12. Способ по п. 9, в котором подготовка невулканизированной шины для вулканизации включает в себя помещение шины в пресс-форму и введение вязкого каучука для по меньшей мере частичного заполнения пустот в пресс-форме.
13. Способ по п. 9, в котором приложение давления к матрице протектора для по меньшей мере частичного придания невулканизированной шине кольцевого профиля включает в себя применение вакуумметрического давления к самой глубокой части матрицы протектора.
14. Способ по п. 9, в котором подготовка невулканизированной шины для вулканизации включает в себя помещение шины в пресс-форму и введение вязкого каучука для по меньшей мере частичного заполнения пустот в пресс-форме.
15. Способ по п. 9, в котором невулканизированная шина содержит по меньшей мере один армирующий элемент, изготовленный из материала, который выбирают из группы, состоящей из стали, нейлона, гидратцеллюлозного волокна, арамида, параарамида, сложного полиэфира, полиэтиленнафталата (ПЭН), полиэтилентерефталата (ПЭТ), поливинилацетата (ПВА), полибензобисоксазола (ПБО), сополимера этилена и монооксида углерода (ПОК), углеродного волокна и стекловолокна.
16. Способ по п. 9, в котором матрица протектора имеет круглую форму и диаметр D1, причем невулканизированная шина имеет диаметр D2 и отношение D1 к D2 менее 1.
17. Способ по п. 9, в котором матрица протектора имеет круглую форму и диаметр D1, причем невулканизированная шина имеет диаметр D2 и отношение D1 к D2, большее или равное 1.
18. Невулканизированная шина для сельскохозяйственной техники, содержащая:
каркас и предварительно сформованный протектор, где:
каркас включает в себя пару кольцеобразных бортов, выполненных с возможностью крепления шины на колесе, причем по меньшей мере один слой корпуса проходит между кольцеобразными бортами; кольцевой брекер, выполненный с возможностью обеспечить структурное армирование шины; и
предварительно сформованный протектор представляет собой интегрированный каучуковый элемент, содержащий базовый слой протектора, который имеет базовую глубину, и грунтозацепы протектора, причем грунтозацепы протектора представляют собой грунтозацепы глубокого протекторного рисунка, выполненные с возможностью использования на шине для сельскохозяйственной техники.
19. Шина по п. 18, в которой высота грунтозацепов глубокого протекторного рисунка составляет по меньшей мере 20% ширины шины.
20. Шина по п. 18, в которой высота грунтозацепов глубокого протекторного рисунка составляет по меньшей мере 40% ширины шины.
